I'm officer Hayden that's officer Herman this is going to be the report number because obviously a crime was alleged tonight um so I I agree with you right she needs to be out here she the California is California right so I'm going to do this away from her so she doesn't use it against me right but she doesn't willingly leave here or move out start filing for eviction or restrain order against you because legally we can't kill her out of here even though it is Mama's house we understand that we know that but because of California she's considered a resident here right so I don't want her to hear me saying all that so then she'd be like well at the police you know they're not going to do anything so I'm not going to leave but when it comes down to it realistically she still has to be legally evicted or you need to get rest string order against her obviously that's kind of you don't want to go to that extreme G yet you just you know you don't want her go into jail you just want her out of here so I'm trying to not give her some ammunition DS against me because obviously she's going to if I go doctor she's going to be confrontal with me and she's cool with my partner so um we do forward these to the DA's office whether they do anything with it it's kind of on them um but obviously your biggest concern is if she's going to be acting that way towards you when you're providing everything for her and she needs to go and I I fully agree with that right her check is her check don't pay a dollar trust me I wish I had those man I wish my life was like that again um so I'm going to go speak to the sergeants and see if there's any resolution on her end if she's willing to be on her way and you know call it call it a night you know so and then if not then we'll re-evaluate way
