Intro okay I think we're good what's good YouTube uh this is thinking outside the box episode four we are back and this my co-host the kids we've been out for a little minute due to work and stuff but we F be back today we're going to talk about cidi Lim and Brandon a contracts uh FSU losing to Georgia Tech the NFC North prediction and whatever else we talk about so first let's get into these contracts Wr contracts um CD LM signed a fouryear extension for 136 mil that's 34 year and I pretty sure uh the 100 fully guaranteed is the record of signing and then Bon aay signed four year 120 mil extension where does he go I don't know but a foure 120 for that's 30 years a year he got 60 I mean 76 mil guaranteed uh I feel that on okay with these deals um let's talk C first I think the connection that he and Dak got I think is one of the best Connection in the league outside of momes and Kelsey that might be second uh I think last year he had like a 181 targets like 136 catches something like that 1700 yards and with him signing I think it's gonna help their offense a lot um it's gonna help Dak as a quarterback uh where for br a I know they got Debo got CMC they got uh they got George K but with auk signing I think this is gonna help Brock pie take another step I think he was great last year he gets aot hate cuz he came in with the best offense but in reality he was a seven round pitch so we didn't know what gonna be but it turns out that he's a pretty good quarterback and with aayu coming back they're just gonna make their offense more explosive he's great after the catch he can block great route Runner and I think this GNA just continue I think it's going to help them continue to be a top five off def in the league Z how what's your thoughts on these contracts um I thought that they would get done um so this put SEC cidd lamb second in the leag behind Justin Jefferson and this puts uh Brenan aayu in the uh top for fifth with Tyreek car little bit over him um I think this pretty fair like like you said uh you gotta pay you need to pay your top dogs especially these two mainly because these two are young they Rising C just came off his best year B you same as him and 49 is need that rout running outside of Debo because he's more of the toy they uh short yardage rushing so you need that per route running on the outside that can win against Man Press so it would have been it would have been sad to lose him and then you got uh CD lamb which I KN everybody knew I thought I knew he would get his contract and this both of them this puts band a top five I don't think he's there but top 10 so like yeah that's cool um yeah both of these contracts was welld deserved from both of these wide receivers now now the question is when will uh Chase sign his and for how much will he be will they sign him for more or will he right behind J Jefferson I that we know he gonna get signs just how much I would think he would want like probably a penny more than Justin um think he deserve it I mean I think Justin the best in the league I wouldn't be mad at Chase s for more than uh just but I think they should hurry up sign him um because without him it's really only T Higgins and I think Joe I think Joe's a great quarterback and I think he ain't gonna like I ain't gonna say he gonna rise but I think he GNA you know as a top dog he gonna do what he do but he going to need his number one weapon back so they need I think since that hurry up cuz they got Cleveland division they got Baltimore cin city um Houston and those te like I think they need hurry up and sign them okay uh so now we talking Fsu upset against GT about game that happened last week um Florida State they lost they got upseted by Jordan Tech 242 I believe on the walkoff field goal um so let's let's ask let me ask the forest State fan how what was your Takeaway on the game last week um I ain't goingon to lie when we scored our first touchdown and went for two I thought it was just going to be a blowout but we C stopped the Run um it wasn't DJ fa like he getting a lot of like criticis on Twitter it really was his F mainly the coach they was calling little screens little short plays they W really let him throw the ball he did although he did miss a touchdown to C Douglas but everybody misses throws when he was down seven he he engineered that drive and got us tied up our defense could get a stop um just all line was inconsistent I don't know why he mainly fifth year six year senior so I don't know why that's happening uh we need more pray well now I want to say more we need to feed jakai Douglas the ball more uh we gota be able to run the ball and on defense we just missing tackles we had the big opportunity to 1414 get off the field with a fumble we missed that because people trying to pick it up said just dive on it uh the star players Jackson uh farmer Payton Jones Jr on the D line Lundy none of them showed up today our secondary was that bad but they didn't really pass that much so um and yeah when they did fumble uh when when it was 2121 and they got back to 3940 they was able to get all the yards back because linebacker is reacting slow our defense not adjusted to the motion so uh I think our season is not over I think we'll be all right we got to see how we look tomorrow gets Boston College because this quarter back did kill us last game we only won about two points and that was a lucky two we wenton off a face masch penalty so we just got to be much better but I think we'll be all right yeah to to add on to your [Music] point yeah after we watching I think I thought DJ could have did did but the play calling didn't help him uh he took a they called a couple deep shots that he missed but I do think fora State they got some they got a couple tough ponents with Miami who look good yesterday Notre D beat TZ on the road yesterday but yeah the the D didn't show up tackling was bad they just let Georgia Tech running back and a quarter back just run up and down the field so but I think they'll be all right I did have them going 9 and three just because they lost uh Keon Coleman and Jordan Travis your boy foret his name but yeah uh but I think I think they gonna be all right but yeah they just some things they gota fix um they do play another running quarterback tomorrow like you said killed yall last year um but I think they gonna be more prepared for him this year and I think the game is not gonna be really close so yeah man I hope so need keep my stress level down but yeah like this shows that is important to uh address um important positions we didn't really we didn't really address the linebacker position as I thought we should have the dine I'm not really too mad that who we have they just didn't perform like Patrick pton is Project to be like a first round pick and Ain lie I didn't know he was on the field he really did not do anything shout out to Blake Nicholson when he was he came down here a few times maybe he needs to get more reps starting or something but other than that uh we'll just see what's going on down Ro in the season yeah okay so uh since I'm a teny fan I'll talk briefly about that game uh end up playing Chattanooga they won 69 to3 I thought Nico was throwing the ball like he down the field over the middle great throws um I thought Dante thoron had a great game yesterday thing he had like three catches 102 yards two touchdowns Dyan Simpson another three down game 124 yards Nico had 300 something yards in the first half I thought my boy shout out to my boy Ty West man uh he came to play yesterday on the dline um he had a sack couple Tow and overall it was just overall dominance from this from start to finish so yeah um mainly yeah M like the all the things you say is true just really mainly what you expect once a Powerhouse is playing like a a mid mid to lowlevel school so yeah we see how uh UT do they do have a pretty good team coming they do play NC State uh who has a great receiver as well uh conception whatever his name is he's he's a pretty good receiver so we see how that secondary holds up against him oh yeah and by the way for my prediction uh I think our record is going to be 10 two but let's see what the future holds yeah to get my I think I think EV sh go 10 and two like I said I'd be cool with 9 I was saying 93 if we didn't lose to Jord Tech so now maybe might be eight and four with that's I know but I if we go 93 I'm cool we lost double digit players and like good players so I wasn't really trip but I think we should be able to make it back to ACC Championship but we which it will be hard it will be hard because I ain't gonna lie Miami they looked super good yesterday I mean oh my goodness they beat the doors off of Florida which they're Florida is not good either disclaim they're not good either but I thought I thought it would' be a closer game and they just it was just easy uh let me see Mar says that's all I have to say U if I was a team I definitely would consider him consider drafting him first wi we see off the board just that size and he got breakway speed along with the contested catch reason on why 11 and six um they have a pretty good roster wide rece Who seeing who gonna take over wide receiver War position is a question we gotta see how Josh Jacobs is um see if the O he play well and the main point I think the defense will be good as long as Jer just stay healthy and Sean G ran G that's it but um and they do get Eric Stokes back but to add uh mainly the question is can Jordan Love play how he played in the last few weeks of the season if he's able to they can they're easily 116 and easily in the playoffs and can easily make an NFC Championship game but if he's not this team can be disappointing and win like eight nine [Music] games I just love the future over there in green B I think Jordan love gonna take that next leap and be for sure top 10 QB if he not already is uh Josh yeah we do need see how Josh Jacobs is cause AJ Dylan I just saw he out for the remainder of the season um so Josh will get that Bell cow he was a Bell cow and at the r show that be a problem like you said we need to see who going to take that uh the leag to be the number one I believe it's gonna be Christian Watson if he stay healthy but we never know and I do love I just I like that defense and with um Matt lefer I think all right and for sure play out team and last but not least the Detroit Lions Lions record prediction um week one is at home versus the rims dub yeah dub as well week two at home versus the Bucks actually gave him an L I gave him a DB right here week three on the road versus the Cardinals dub I get him a dub as well week four at home versus the Seahawks yeah I get him a d right here week father by week week six on the road versus the Cowboys DB I gave him a DB as well seven on the road versus the Vikings du I get him a dub as well we eight at home the Titans game L upset upset upset that could tell y'all y'all watch out for teny B gave him a d right here week nine on the road versus the Packers the I get him an L right here week why did I write predictions season start next week um I mean I got I'm gon I'm gonna keep picking Chiefs till they gotta I gotta see them getting knocked off first for the NFC it's really three team three four teams the Eagles offense is crazy you got the 49ers then you got the Lions all the 49ers making it again forget hot t hot T we going Lions we going Lions man we going Lions I don't hate that uh I would go I'mma go Eagles I'm g go Eagles Chiefs um I I don't nobody uh I don't see nobody knocking off the Chiefs in the AFC and then I just think with Jaylen being bad last year the only thing he can do is go up from here our offense is immaculate I think we're gonna be a top three offense it's just whether if Vic fangel can have our defense be better way better than what it was last year I think defense is awful especially with Matt Patricia I don't even know why he was coaching but I think we gonna be improved defensively so that's why I pick us and the Chiefs but um go back to the Lions uh I think Jameson Williams Back onto the Lions and NFC north talk can have his best year this year um still got uh St Brown top six wide receiver could be top five uh samel Porter top seven top six I would have to think about the tight ends top probably top two o line probably top three o line D go is solid he good QB defense you got a solid dline I like the young linebackers the question mark is just as uh DBS they did bring in Arnold but other than that we gotta see how they perform because they was mainly the problem last year yeah I don't see how this team take a step back uh they offense great they got probably the best onew punch in the backfield in the league with Montgomery and Gibbs J G uh solic QB like you said I think they got the I think they got the best offensive line in the game uh just because we lost Jason Kelce so I think they got the best offensive line they got top six receiver Jamon Williams I think G take that step um s Porter gonna take us defense should be better like you the secondary was what held them back they got a great deep line linebackers y' I don't see how Detroit don't win at bare minimum 12 games yep I think this division just the go uh overall so I think this division all three teams could make the playoffs uh I got Justin Jefferson having a bounceback crazy season at least 1600 yards Jordan I think Jordan ason hit over a thousand as well for the Bears I think if they can have two or, wide receivers Jaylen Johnson sement have as a top five corner year for the Lions uh St Brown has the same year he had last year Jameson Williams uh proves himself as a young wide receiver and for the Packers I think Jer gets back to the top six Corner uh cornerback spot uh Josh Jak Josh Jacob uh goes up the running back rankings this year I think Rono dos will be their best wide receiver this season okay uh I do think uh have three playoff teams um Talk Detroit Detroit just like I talked about they gonna be they could be the best team record wise in the NFC the P I think Jordan Love Takes that next lead Josh J he just going go back to what he was in 202 I think Christian Watson going emerge into they number one receiver with DOs and uh jayen Reed uh Musgrave or R Musgrave hopefully he can be healthy and be good for them I like they offensive line the defensively like you said Jer go back to that I think'll be a top Corner if he stay healthy rashan gur monster off the edge so yeah and Chicago I think Caleb gonna be I don't know if he can have a better year than CJ but I think he can have a year that CJ had with the weapons he have with DeAndre Swift Kenan Allen uh DJ Moore who was great both those Seas was great last year and then romad come as rookie uh and then they got Co kit and their defense like you said Jaylen Johnson gonna submit himself top five Corner uh uh brisker Mones sweat I'm glad they traded for him uh last year that help def a lot so yeah and then Minnesota they just it's just they with them losing denil Hunter and J McCarthy is what's doing it for them because J Jefferson I I said best receiver in the game uh they got one of the better left tackles in the game and Christian dur saww they brought in Aon Jones they got Jordan Addison who gonna take a leap in his second year they got uh hack even though he's coming off andury he's gonna be one of the better tight ends like he always is but yeah so I this division gonna be very competitive this year yep I agree well if he ain't got anything else I'll close us out while we TR to watch this L you got anything else to talk about oh let's talk about uh who you got in the LSU game you got LSU yeah I think I think this gonna be a pretty hot scoring game but ultimately I think elu gonna come out I think they got the better defense so I think LSU
