Meanwhile, Tokyo 2020 bronze medalists Morocco secured their first win, defeating Japan 1-0 and joining the South Americans at the top of the standings with four points. In Pool eight, Brazil continued their winning streak with a 3-0 victory over France. Top scorer Nonato found the net once again, scoring his third goal of the tournament. China also notched their second consecutive win, overcoming Türkiye with two second-half goals after 0-0 halftime score. In matchday three, they'll face defending champions Brazil, aiming to make history in blind football.
