Developing right now. We are still tracking down details about a deadly shooting last night at a gas station in Aurora. That reporter Brianna Clark is joining us live from the newsroom. And Brianna, what little we know so far. This was a really scary situation. Yeah, it happened right out in public at the 7-Eleven near East Colfax in Peoria. We're told a man was in the parking lot last night waving around a gun threatening to shoot people. Now, this information is coming from a woman who says her roommate works at this 7-Eleven and was inside the store when all of this was going down. We are still working to get the information confirmed by police. But that woman Julie Ellis told us her roommate will is the one who called 911. After a security guard got involved. The security guard had no other choice to fire back because the guy in the parking lot was waving a gun and threatening to shoot in the parking lot did not enter inside the building. The security guard did his job. Police say when they got on scene, they found someone had been shot. They brought that person to the hospital where they later died. We do know Aurora is investigating this as a homicide but keep in mind that is just a word they use for these types of situations that label could change.
