The Batman Won’t Appear In Penguin Series

so a couple of things one we had a devastating reveal this morning when we heard the great news or at least I thought it was great news that there would be a video game set in the Batman Universe okay I was jumping up and down like I like the Arkham games but after suicide squad kills the Justice League and what that came out and them killing that version of Batman and now they're doing Batman VR I'm like dang it looks like they're really just never going to make a classic Arkham Batman game again so a Batman game set in the Matt Reeves Universe I kind of like that that could be interesting that could be fun and um well sadly uh James gun came out and he confirmed uh sadly this is no there is no truth to this whatsoever so if you were unfortunately somebody seeing those news that wasn't happening now that's not all the Batman news that's just a piece of the Batman news so that that that made me sad and I was like dang I would have really have liked that I think that would have been cool I I don't I don't remember playing the jurass the sorry I don't remember playing the Christian Bale Batman Begins game that much I know I played it as a kid but that was like the last Batman game based on a movie it would have been nice if they did another Batman game based off one of the movies right because after that they didn't do Dark Knight they just jumped into uh the Arkham games and the rest is history so that made me kind of sad but we know James Gunn has said in the past there will be video games that tie into the DCU so we we'll see what that is but the Batman is not going to be one of them okay then we had um this other news that I found kind of sad so we know the Penguin series is coming up um and it got revealed that Robert patson will not be showing up in the penguin a lot of people were thinking he will but I don't know if I believe them now let's go into these details they say here uh map films are through the lens of the Batman so you're high up looking down on the city with Oz you're in the city streets you're in the grit it's a different experience I'll be honest with you guys I don't know I don't know if I buy it I don't know if I buy that I I like I knew Robert panton's Batman was not going to be a large part of the show that he wasn't going to show up every other episode but there was a part of me that thought that the show would end with just Batman popping in it's like the criminals have been doing their crime stuff all throughout this time there's like a big fight that's got to happen towards the end whether it's a big blowout of explosions uh you know another car chase Batman's got to show up to put his City in order and be like all right what's going on here and so I really did think by the last episode we would see some sort of Batman appearance and he doesn't have to be even Robert Patterson it could have been a stand in and you get to see what Batman is like Through The Eyes of a criminal just like him operating in the shadows doing his thing being in and out quickly and you're like whoa that was the bats but they're saying there is no Batman in the Penguin series I'm gonna I'm I don't know why I'm delusional and I'm still G to believe there might be a chance we live in an age now where celebrities can openly lie to you can tell you no this ain't happening Andrew Garfield uh freaking uh dapne uh Keen who Keenan who was uh x23 said she wasn't going to be in Deadpool Wolverine she was in it this just could be a case you know set expectations let people know maybe he's not right but I would love to see robt if not just like in the distance or something right like that'd be cool but I don't know if I don't if I don't believe it all the way just yet so that's kind of that's kind of you know that's a good question too we can talk about that uh Ian Tores says will the Batman get a new suit you he's got to right every movie does that whether uh whether uh it's any of the sequels I mean even Christian bal's Batman got a got a new bat suit uh by his second movie and I think even the third movie was a little different but I don't know I remember when this suit first came out and I was like H I don't know it's kind of weird guys and now I love this suit like this suit is so iconic to me I think it looks so badass in fact when I re-watch the Batman I can't help but to just stare at all the little details and the way Robert patson fits in it so I hope it's just kind of like a tweaked up version of this suit and it's not too crazy different uh cuz I still really like it like especially the mask the mask looks really good and the chest emblem all of it in this Rober pan suit suit looks great I don't know how much they're going to change in it uh oh see some people's like ah the suit's okay uh he needs a new suit yeah so not everybody's with me not everybody agrees uh some people think that um there needs to be another suit given to him I guess we'll see but yeah those are kind of the updates right now with the Batman no video game for batc and no appearance in the Penguin series still though super excited to see the penguin just to dive back in into the Matt Reeves World cuz it's been so long man it has been so long
