The Hill article on judge Aileen Cannon lies by omission

legal we're subjected to every day is is exemplified in the hill article today where it talks about Judge Canon throwing out the documents case in interview Michael Gart is a professor of law at the University of North Carolina goes into the fact that this um uh does not follow legal precedent every single special counsil that's been litigated before they've always upheld the law article fails to mention a couple of things number one the special Council law expired in 1999 after about 25 years they dumped it and for the last 25 years they had haven't even had a special counsil law the second thing he fails to mention that Jack Smith himself was never approved by Congress was never approved by the president mer Gard just appointed this guy to go after president third thing it doesn't mention is that Joe Biden had documents in his garage and he did not have uh a presidential the presidential records act protecting fourth thing it doesn't mention we have never prosecuted a former President Obama's got him in a library in Chicago Biden's got them all over the place we've never done it before but the article fails to mention it all the articles does is criticize judge Canon for throwing away the case that that is a pure politics article I challenge I call M Lying by Omission the hills article dated August 5th is these are bad Publications and these are bad people and I'm giving you both sides of the story which makes me good
