Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston combine for 48 pts

all right welcome back to the GD Sports Network you see what I see Aaliyah Boston these the team in scoring tonight with 24 points but she has joined right there with 24 points from Caitlin Clark Aaliyah Boston with 14 rebounds Caitlin Clark with 10 rebounds but she also added 10 big assists and Aaliyah right behind her with four assists so the two young ladies that I told you all at the beginning of the year would lead the team are definitely leading the team now I will not play Kelsey Mitchell's role on this team she's been playing big scoring big and being a very important part of the team but I told you the two young ladies would get to play well with each other that Aaliyah had never played with a guard like Caitlyn and Caitlyn had never played with a big like aaliah and once they get rolling they're going to be rolling you can look forward to these young ladies becoming Big Time Players in this WNBA for several years to come they are now solidly in the sixth position well I won't say solidly they're a game up but if they keep playing how they are then they will be in that sixth position because they're literally two and a half games out of the fifth position now I don't necessarily expect him to um be able to overtake the Seattle Storm because they do not play them head to-head the rest of the way but and they also have to play Las Vegas Aces twice which they will be lucky to split those but um they just won their fifth straight tonight so let's be real from the time that they were 1 and8 they are now currently 18 and8 oh no I'm sorry they are currently 16 and no 17 and 8 17 and 8 since that point they have the second or third best record in the WNBA since they started 1 and8 so I obviously with a rough start that's going to cost them but hey six seed guaranteed the playoffs they actually clench last night when Chicago lost but they are definitely headed to the playoffs and right now if the season were to end to day they would be playing the Minnesota links now they actually play Minnesota here coming up next I believe so that'll be a little precursor to what we may see in the playoffs but bottom line this team is rolling and as they continue to get better uh maybe they can win a first round series but if they come up against a a very poised Minnesota team they may not but the fact is they're back in the playoffs and next year already looks bright but once again a Leah Boston 24 points 14 rebounds four assists Caitlyn Clark with the second triple double for a rookie in WNBA history and she has them both get down in that comment section let me know what you're thinking and this GD Sports Network signing out
