[Music] the main thing to stay mentally healthy is to be surrounded by the right people you know when you feel all the support when you feel that your back is covered that's the main thing you know and and you know that whatever whatever going to happen in your life you have people who's going to support you who's going to stand stand with you and who's going to who's going to be there there with you I think that's that's the most important part and another trick is Trick is try to enjoy you know enjoy the journey you know um you work hard on court you fight for it but then you still you have like on the big tournaments you have a day off so you you you have to have to enjoy that day you have to uh completely separate yourself from tennis I mean of course you do you do like your practice session but after after that just like go for a good dinner just just enjoy enjoy your free time you know and try not to not like try not to think anyway the thought's going to be there but just try to enjoy your life you know I know it's um it's easy and it's not easy at the same time I think um it all comes with experience with all these tough losses with all this tough lessons and and big wins and it's just all come comes with experience [Music]
