all right next up we've got Kansas and Illinois uh Kansas J Hawks 5 and a half Point uh Road favorites this game in Champagne Illinois 55 a half being the total here in this game seems like every year whether it's college football or college basketball they put Kansas and Illinois together head-to-head in a game and that looks like they are doing that again here of course these teams met last year in Lawrence Kansas uh in uh conference action uh and last year it was a 3423 Victory uh for Kansas uh in that game we'll see how they Fair here in this one very important to point out when it comes to Kansas here uh going into this game that uh I'm I just want to clarify whether I think Jaylen Daniels was still healthy at that time when they played Illinois last year let me yes he was so jayen Daniels did play uh for illino for Kansas last year against Illinois so that's important to point that out uh 3423 they won by 11 uh in that game now they're 5 and a half Point Road favorites here in the rematch uh like I say a healthy Daniels to go with Devon Neil at running back to go with Arnold and grim and Skinner the three receivers that they've got Kansas uh like I say they've got a great allotment of skill position weapons uh obviously in their first game they dismantled lyndenwood 48-3 in that game but not the greatest FCS team uh Illinois took down eiu e Eastern Illinois 45 nothing um we'll see how they Fair on the road here in this game to be honest with you uh or actually at home I should say here in this one as at home they haven't been great champagne's not been a great home field for them look at last year three-point favorites Nebraska lose outright by 13 five-point favorites against Indiana they do win but only by three and that was a bad Indiana team last year uh they lose by four at home to Wisconson they lose outright as favorites against Northwestern late in the season it's not been a good home field uh for real I'll be honest I think Kansas is not just a little bit the better team certainly the better off and certainly the better I'm not a Luke altme guy I'm not I've said that before I know he put up a 45 spot on eiu last week but not playing Eastern Illinois this week um I don't know I think the numberers just a little bit short I had this closer to seven with Kansas here five and a half it's Kansas for me if I'm betting it CMAC what do you think yeah I get it yeah if this was seven I'd like Illinois a little bit more you know towards the end of last year they got in those these shootouts the Northwestern where they lost by two lipold over belma quite honestly yep yeah yeah it depends who you like yeah be just yeah I didn't think he was ever really going to succeed you know there uh at Illinois it kind of is what it is that crazy game against Indiana uh and almire I have a problem too they lost with home Wisconsin by four I'd like the touchdown and I think Kansas is a little bit better a little bit more talented obviously with Daniels and Neil uh some of the receivers that they got but is the defense any better you know I don't know altm is just hangs over my head some of these quarterbacks you know that uh can change the game and some of his passes but I love that touchdown but even five and a half I'm very interested uh in Ono here at home uh I think they keep this game tight all right
