yesterday what CC Sabathia said about about you know getting Juan sto but do we really know that the Yankees are they really all in on trying to get Juan sto because if H Stein burner does not get Juan sto in the offseason it's going to kill his legacy it's going to haunt his forever and when you look at Brian Cashman you know that the majority of the miger Yankee fan base myself included we are going to crucify this dude if he doesn't do it um months ago I would say back in June I talked about the fact of Alex bregman possibly coming to the Yankees because there was a report by Joe Sherman of the New York Post that um that the Yankees were interested in him and I know a lot of people in the community were like no we don't want Alex bregman we don't want him as a Yankee and all because of the fact of what happened when he with the Astros the fact that you know he was part of that dark era of the Houston Astros when they won the World Series when they stole that World Series from us with the whole you know cheating that they did and I still stand by that that's why I despise the Houston Astros to this day so now two months later si.com then I saying that Alex bregman um the hot stove is just three to four months away and I have to agree with si.com over here because Alex bregman is not a Target that the Yankees and I'm going to say this right now he he doesn't belong get another player another dirt baseman that is better than an Alex bregman they have to try to find that because you look at that position I let me just say this about DJ lameu first and foremost DJ lahu the guy cut your losses with him DFA that guy and I'm going to keep saying that until the Yankees make the right decision but you look at a Marin Gonzalez when they signed Marvin Gonzalez and that was a minor league deal that was worth $1.15 million once he got called up yeah not a big deal I understand that but at that time we know that the ass stros they were only as good as they were because of the fact that they cheated and in fact he was the poster child for how much the Astros benefited it by their cheating ways now if he didn't have a trash can like every majority of Major League Baseball fans had trash cans they hated the Astros but if you have a signal of a trash can to say hey they going for the F they're going to give you a fast ball hit it for a base hit I mean the the 303 batting haage wouldn't have happened and instead he would have looked like more of a 200 a 252 career hitter that he was now the 2017 baton average that's an outliner and it sticks out like a sore thumb but the yanes gave him a contract now the big difference here now the name that's big it's a big difference here because you can't compare Marvin Gonzalez and Alex bregman and the appeal that they that they have to the fans when it comes to the game now Alice bregman you look at him right now the guy plays every day Marin Gonzalez was a utility player but the Yankees what they did was hey they looked past that and they did it for a guy that benefited more than any other asro cheater they could do it again for anyone if they feel like the player is a game changer also now I wouldn't put anything past the Yankees and also the reason why that I don't think that Alex bregman is going to the Yankees because the Yankees they got an Anthony vpe and they have other arms that they can use as a short stop look at for example you know I if a third baseman that they can use in the future Osa parza look what he did um recently and the guy got set down I don't understand why you set down an oswood perazzo the Yankees they don't need a short stop this off season so they're not GNA spend a ton of money on Alex bregman and by the way who uh represents Alex bregman Scott Boris and we know Scott Boris is going to be looking for that big money when SoDo is a free agent and that's what the Yanke are going for their mission is they're going on a wano they want wano and Scott bores I know he's going to try to go up to the Yankees and be aggressive hey I know you guys want wano but I know you guys want an Alex bregman the Yankees are not going to shake the devil's hand on that no way not to mention too what Jeff Pon said the other day Jeff paston was talking about um gar Cole going to opt out that's also going to make things interesting for the Yankees as well because do the yanes I I mean the Yankees what they have to do is they have to add another year to that contract and Garr Cole gets like $36 million so they got to be thinking about that as well they're going to have a lot of tough decisions to make do we give Garett Cole that $ 36 million how much are we going to pay W Soo it's a tough tough situation here and everybody in the New York Yankee fan base has said it Alex Brigman is a freaking pansy he's a cheater and why should the Yankees pass on him because of that Scandal I'm sorry he will be tied to that Scandal an everyday dirt baseman is tied to
