William Ellard is a talented young swimmer who's part of the British par swimming team he's 18 years old and from beckles William has intellectual impairments but that's not stopping him from achieving his dreams he's competing in the S14 category and hopes to win medals like his Idol ree Dunn who won several medals in Tokyo William has made great progress in the last two years he did well at his first big International competition in Manchester winning silver and gold medals this year he equaled a world record and became the top ranked swimmer in the 100 meter butterfly event he also won gold medals in two events in bronze and silver medals in others at a competition in madira when he's not swimming William loves watching Formula 1 racing and can name every champion from 1950 to 2023 he's excited to compete in individual events and the freestyle relay at upcoming competitions
