what's up guys it's your girl tree with another tip from tree tips media okay I got little man in the background with delius Ryan little Rod he's already a convicted uh felon of a for a life sentence and he committed it when he was a kid he still looked like he's a kid um they did a motion on his CA on his part of this case yesterday his um attorneys is trying to keep the district attorney from um allowing the jury to see the autopsy photos of the murder that he has been found guilty of years ago um in the motion they're stating that the only reason why the state is trying to input him in this case is to Prejudice the other defendants they don't even know him I think he was just a kid claiming Ys or something but they don't even know him or have anything to do with his case and he's in this case guys this is crazy how these state laws can just charge you with something someone else did just because they're claiming something that you're claiming y'all better pay attention to what's going on re for real for real this is this and it's been going on a long time I've seen something like this in in California um court cases it's called out there is called aiding and abetting so guys yeah they are charging the rest of them they're about not charging them they're about to let the jury hear his convicted murder case from years ago to Prejudice Young Thug Shannon steelwell Yak Gotti and the rest of them that's on trial and I think that's awful but this is your girl tree with another tip from tree tips media smooches
