All right. We've talked a lot about the big game but the Meac Swack challenge is more than just football. Yeah, Eugene Daniel has more on what else makes this weekend special for Norfolk State University? The me a swack challenge isn't just about wins and losses. It's an opportunity to expand the school's reach. We're excited, we're excited for this game. A busy and exciting start to the school year for Norfolk State University and President, Doctor Jon Adams Gaston classes kicked off Monday and now the Spartans are gearing up for the national spotlight in Atlanta. This challenge allows people to really see Norfolk State University and H BC us in all of their specialness and their talent level beyond the football team. She says it's a chance to showcase the university as a whole, including its unique culture and pride. And of course, uh our spartan legion who will be down there and that's our band who are so world renowned. So we overproduce we what they call a lot punch above our weight to ensure that our nation has representation and excellence in every corner. President Adams Gaston is quick to point out a big share of people in careers like engineering come from historically Black colleges despite being only 4% of higher institutions and being vastly underfunded. She says, opportunities like this help the school's vision of attracting more students and the resources to help them succeed. But it always helps to have visibility. They will get to have a what I call a taste of excellence at H BC US. She says there may be people watching the game who aren't as familiar with Norfolk State or H BC US. And this gives them a glimpse of what makes the culture unique. One of the things that I think happens.
