This is a look at Puget Sound Energy's outage map more than 8000 customers currently in the dark down power lines and fallen trees are most likely to blame those trees falling under the weight of snow ice and now range from all these various storms. There are many areas across the sound that had their power knocked out by fierce winds, and those winds are expected to return a winded vise ary in place from tomorrow morning. Seven A.m. until the early morning hours of Wednesday, and gusts could reach up to 50 miles an hour. Some homes finally getting their power back tonight. Like this neighborhood in Bellevue started, like roughly seven AM It's just really dark. This stretch of wild weather continues skating in their shoes down the road. Yeah it was hard because, like no one could go anywhere. There has been hard because trees are falling down, and that's what caused the power to go out here. If it wasn't the cold, the heavy snow or the ice storm, it was the wind that knocked the power out. And now our attention turns to the ground arborists like Josiah Macaulay outlined our next concern. On top of that you have the saturated soil. Um that can cause Uprooting with the winds mixed in oil could make some trees more susceptible to eventually falling over. Josiah says there is a way to measure the damage done by a round of wind for those wanting to keep an eye on the health of the trees in their yard.
