all right check out this cool pack uh welcome to the wolf packman YouTube channel the place where you get to see this old fart here yeah that this this old fart here opening uh packs that he collected over uh 25 year period of time uh uh two two decades plus um this pack today that I chose to open is a uh a 19-year-old pack it's from uh it's 2003 Upper Deck SPX baseball I think that's hii Matsui on the front and there are 178 cards in the base set 21 of which are Hall of Fame players like Frank Thomas Ken Griffey Jr Randy Johnson Derek Jeter Ricky Henderson there are also 51 rookie cards including uh Jose contas Alejandro Machado and peki matsi so obviously that's the big pull out of here would be Hideki since he's already in the hall so uh cross your fingers and let's see what we have I see a Kurt Shilling back so this is what the back of the card looks like and you can see there's some um what do you call that molding so obviously the front is uh is um you know they got they did some oh yeah the SPX part sticks right out on the on the card I don't know if you guys can actually see that but pretty cool the player is uh shiny then there's this do uh or Matt picture of him in the background so Kurt Schilling he of the bloody sock Fame uh we got Eric Chavez third baseman for the A's that's a neat card uh we got the you didn't get a cool insert card card my grandson's favorite card actually this says rookies um can't see a name on the front of this card Miguel oh rookie card that's cool and then Hank balock third baseman card so there you go 2003 Upper Deck SPX uh we did not pull any Hall of Famers but we did pull some uh interesting cards uh some po possible down the road Hall of Famers only time will tell and uh thanks for joining me I will uh sorry I'll see you guys uh tomorrow with a different with a different hopefully better back of cards peace
