today but the rules will be on tomorrow morning at 8: a.m. Central Standard time we're GNA talk about the rules in order to be a part of this uh Kimmy's World 30-day weight loss competition all right today is National chocolate covered Cherry day who like chocolate cherry I like the chocolate but not the Cherry it's also Women Rock day prepare to headbang now I ain't about to be headbanging i i b my head to Oblivion in honor of the woman who rocked who rocked rock and roll so happy woman Rock day all right today in black history now I know I've seen several people in the chat who well not in the chat but in that comments on some of the black history facts and I want to let y'all know I know is not black history black history month is actually February but why do we as African-Americans only have to celebrate Black History one month out the year no African-American people have made Monumental strides in American culture and as you can see if you've been tuning in Kim's world you know every single day there is something new whether there's an invention whether there is um lynchings or people being um put into office maybe you know there are things that we accomplish 365 days a year reason I didn't look at what she sent me yesterday and I should have I got to start reading my messages every day but she sent me some information about William Murphy y'all honey CH so many of y'all may have seen this over the internet and I'm going to show a clip but I'm going to have to mute it because it's actually playing music child so um William Murphy so I'mma talk about the article first video of church goers swag surfing who know that song swag swag suring I'm swag I'm surf I'm swag y'all know that song I probably heard it on the radio child Bishop William Murphy Jr is under scr scrutiny after video of his watch Night Service went viral now I went on Tik Tok and I was looking cuz I thought I had heard what had been going on but obviously I didn't honey cuz I would have covered this but um I went on um Tik Tok and I start googling was start searching for his name and baby these video started to pop up and honey they had the flashing lights y'all y'all know what happens when you're at the club it's dark and they had them strobe lights going around and baby the whole church was swag surfing baby that DJ Crank that music up the dag on Pastor whoever he is on the dag on pull pit child he is dancing and it was young people commenting on Tik Tok was like you know I opted out to go to the club and just to go to the church service just like the club what crazy so Murphy the pastor of the Dream Center Church of Atlanta hosted a late evening New Year's Eve service the service feature a DJ Who provided entertainment not a DJ child not a DJ creating a concert like ATM atmosphere you think for worshippers as they welcome the New Year within the church oh my Lord ever instead of only playing Kurt Franklin's stump the sound system also bumped some y'all it didn't just play songs child they was bumping do you hear me songs like swag Surfing by hiph hop group fast life youngsters a video featuring the song which played minutes before the Clock Struck midnight was posted by a Tik Tock user Travis mallerie shot from the Das the 41 second clip showed the crowd jamming and doing the signature dance that goes with the hit song child I know the Bible tell us to be of the world but not in the world what in the world attendees of the church can be seen wrapping their arms around each other and swaying from side to side first in a slow rock and then in a speedy bounce woo and this man 50 years old the 50y old Pastor was also filmed rocking out with the congregation in celebration surf swagging with other leaders on the large di criticism of the Murphy's Church decision to play what some believe was the unedited song which include what what which includes the nword once and reference is drinking and getting high spread quickly child you better shut your mouth one visitor on the evening posted a different angle clip on her Facebook calling the church ghetto and repeating to her followers that Atlanta is not a real place she said all she wanted to do was go to church to bring in the new year with the Lord child you was in there with the devil oh did I say that if you want a club just go to the club don't defile God's Temple someone else wrote well from what I heard the temple is your body I don't know I don't know what they talking about um another sarcastically commented let me know when they start twerking maybe I'll go back to church then CH however not everyone was against the use of the song swag surfing as they focus on Murphy's Murphy's message one Instagram user wrote his message was powerful I guess it was child y'all talking about drinking and getting high in the N word he only play that one part of the song listen to the message before you judge it was awesome read your Bible son anyway we're gonna um about is actually lizzo's weight loss and from what I heard lizo has lost over 100b and so I went back surfing looking through her Instagram then I started thinking about weight loss in general and it's like naturally you can't lose no 100 pounds in six seven months that's not even possible what did lizo do i s i I searched and searched and searched and I have not found anything I don't know if she was on some type of weight loss drug I don't know if she was on a gastric sleeve but with her only working out three times a week considering that's what they said she works out three times a week and she um fix her eating habits I just don't see that lizo so I'mma let y'all see this man I'm this don't even look like lizo I wish I forgot to upload a video a picture of the old lizo right of what she actually looked like but honey that does not look like lizo to me what have you the next story we're g to talk about is Steve sarkeesian's wife many of you all are like who is Steve sarkeesian that's what I said Steve sarian is Texas Longhorns the University of Texas head football ball coach he is 49 years old hold on let me pull up my little notes about him all right he is 49 years old and the and the University of Texas is actually the one at Austin he married lurel Smith who is 38 years old and she is a famous wardrobe stylist amongst other things so they they've been married about 3 years and I'mma show you a picture of her and then we will come back to it so y'all see like she is gorgeous absolutely stunning like look at her attire now she's wearing these nice wardrobe choices to the game names this particular outfit that you see right here this is the one that caused an actual up Roar people were they were just like they were talking about her saying she shouldn't be coming to the games dressed like that but you know when I first looked at the photo I was like wow she going to the games like that and then I found out she's a famous wardrobe stylist and I was like she looks great and so I thought about the whole situation I'm like you know they probably doing that because he's a white man and she's a black woman and sis is beautiful she is gorgeous and not to mention she's a Delta I went through and did my little research on her but they seem very happy and I know you can't really tell a lot from photos and this is not his first marriage he's been married before but he divorced but um her killer dressings have earned her many fans on and off the field her game day outfits have also become an inspiration to fans who see her as a role model she dresses her husband for game nights and also supports his career so shout out to them I'm not really sure why people are in such a uproar about this whole situation it's kind of silly to me um let me look in the comment area she's gorgeous she is absolutely stunning and it kind of put me in a mind of although her husband's not too much older than her that was kind of age appropriate right but it put me in the mind of that angel and Victor character how beautiful angel was and this goes to women out there who are dating honey if you cannot find what you are looking for in your own race go outside your race child because sis has gotten to the bag although she already had her bag but but she seems really happy and I'm and I'm happy for her she's promoted in a good a great way great way y'all know King James version all right we are back I'm sorry about that I should have done better with this morning's inspiration but I really struggled this morning trying to think of a topic y'all like all the topics I've already talked about and the celebrities are haven't really ramped up yet now y'all know about Jada pinky Smith we already already talked about her like she got a whole another situation going on and um uh when I saw lizo yesterday I was like wow she's really lost a lot of weight and I thought about what can I do for myself and also for my for this community what can I do to inspire you all so I decided to put on a weight loss challenge so the weight loss challenge actually starts on January the 8th which is this Monday coming up and it's going to run for 30 days and it will go to February the 6 so on the eth you have now to the eth if you want to enter into the challenge and I'm going to go live tomorrow and also talk about this as well but you have until the 8th to send me your photos so as you can see the photo that you see in front of you that's actually me I was competing in another challenge so what you will need to do is you need to get a white sheet of paper or some type of board and write on there your name the date which should be 1 18 2024 and it should say Kimmy's 30-day weight loss challenge you're going to put that on there and you're going to take pictures of your body now if you just take a picture with your shirt down you're not going to be able to tell because we're not going solely on the pounds we're going to go with how your body has transformed over the 30 days so you need to take a back picture a side picture and a front picture and then also because I've been in these challenges for a really really long time I probably did maybe a year and a half of doing challenges people cheat on challenges when it come to money so what you will also need to do after you take your photos because see things can be photoshopped after you take your photo you need to get on a scale have a video and video your way with your feet on the scale and send all of that to my email and my email is I will put this down here my email is kimy t at gmail.com and you guys I am actually putting the money up for this challenge now I plan on doing this for all of 2024 each month we're going to do a challenge and the grand prize total will go up every month so the grand prize is is $150 and what will happen is whoever decides to be in the challenge um on the 6th cuz you're going to submit your photos to me on the 5th because that's actually 30 days but the six is going to be the day that I post the photos of your transformation before and after and you and I'm going to let YouTube and Facebook be the judge of who who will win the challenge cuz I'm in a challenge too child so I'm going to let you all be the judge of who wins The Challenge now that's $150 cash in your pocket just for you um losing weight and so if you want to be a part of it great if not that's great too but I thought it would be a really really cool idea to start something like this because this motivates me to lose weight and I know a lot of people have started taking those weight loss shots but at the end of the day it's all about your body composition the science makeup of your body um the type foods you eat and burning more calories than you consume and so what I'll be doing for everyone as well is I will be working out every single day I haven't got up this morning y'all woke up worked out at four o'clock but I'll be working out every single day on live so if you need motivation with someone working out you can always tune in to my live I'll probably be streaming through streamyard and I'll go live on Facebook and I will go live on YouTube and that will give you motivation I'll be doing that every single day now if you have a weight loss sleeve or anything like that please don't join this challenge because that's not fair to anybody because that weight loss sleeve the gastric sleeve and all that stuff chadow weight F melts off you especially the first few months it it comes off fast so I know of one person my daughter says that she wants to be a part of this um she does hot Pilates and she was like well how much weight I got lose I was like honey it ain't a bad weight you going to take pictures of your body whoever have the biggest body transformation wins and so it will behoove you to make sure that you um show parts of your body that don't that don't mean get on here with no panties and bra take a picture no you can have your shirt you could cuff your shirt up so you can see your stomach and see your back and your side or whatever child I'mma let y'all see mine I'mma let it all hang out cuz when you post something like that one thing that I realize is when you are in a weight loss challenge and you take a photo of yourself where other people can see that's an accountability in itself because now people know everything you've been hiding up on that shirt and it's embarrassing it's very embarrassing and so that gives you well it gave me motivation to get it off cuz now everybody see this picture and now they G to wait it ain't about the scale the scale does help but it's about how your body has transformed in 30 days so I don't know who wants to be a I asked my mom this morning she was like no she don't want to do it fine child but I'm going to do it excuse me because on my vision board weight loss was one of them and I have to create an environment that's conducive to my weight loss so anyway let's see y'all are pretty quiet this morning no one had nothing to say no you can't kayen if you don't get out of here talking about some pie get out of here no if you do not get out
