Ruckers fans how's it going Travis honix here this Sunday morning August 25th it's finally here it's game week for Ruckers football this 2024 season it's here it's here right now about four days away from kickoff against the Howard bison Shi Stadium Thursday night 600 PM kickoff canot wait here we go you know it's been a long time coming to wait between the end of 2023 the bowl game against Miami pin Bowl December to now months away weeks away and is 4 days away week one preview here we go um kicking off the season non-confidence opponent an opponent we should definitely take care of easily in Howard bison FCS opponent in the middle um Mid Eastern Athletic Conference um last year they went six and six the the Bison bring up second last year and then uh overall record 6 and6 4-1 in conference 4-0 in home two and four away 0 and2 in neutral sits they play Northwestern uh in October October 7th lost to them just 2320 Eastern Michigan open the year lost 3323 but um yeah our SC LS coming off obviously a 76 season winning the bowl game against Miami and a p bull y Stadium um a big a real strong year but a year year they could have had more wins this year coming in aan Kik Manis you all know um back from Minnesota being paired back with his offensive coordinator Kirk Saka very very um hopeful he will play much better be more consistent than wh set was lead the offense and overall the offense flowing more and putting up more points executing at a higher rate because running back room stacked le guy old line to be much improved improved from last year when they were much much improved from year before that with Pat flarity receiving uh room is really stacked and um yeah it's it's exciting time defense um is ready to go obviously losing um losing Mohamed T is a big hit but seems like we're pretty healthy besides that guys going to step up in the linebacker room but the quarterbacks R longer beam ready to go D Lin's hungry to have much better year than last year and overall team's ready to go Ruckers first Howard Thursday October 29th 6 PM kickoff Shi Stadium got fireworks after you football night and yeah it's about taking care of business one game at a time week one is Howard like GRE Shan says put everything into this game we out there take care of business hopefully you get a nice lead second half of the game take guys out and get the reserves in there backups get a Johnny in there keep guys healthy for week two versus akan but yeah here we go I'm I'm pumped I'm pumped I'll be there early hope be by 1:00 5 hours tailgate that lot Johnson Park and uh you ready to rock and roll and watch scarl Knights take down Howard crano year five 2.0 2024 season hype is here uh hopeful a lot of 50-50 games on the schedule favorable SCH no easy schedule in the Big 10 one game at a time it's how it's Howard non-conference open up the year let's go baby like comment subscribe to the channel have a good one let's go rockers
