hey James welcome back to the channel I'm so glad you are here we're at a alternative uh filming spot U my wife is not feeling so well so I decided to um let her rest and uh normally I would prefer to have her behind the camera but it is what it is she's not feeling well so um today I want to focus on Florida State uh last um last year I got to see Florida State stadium in person uh let's put up a couple of the pictures we'll just leave them up for a few seconds each but basically what they're doing is they're gutting out part of the stadium and they're going to replace the benches with chairbacks and that's hu I just think that's extremely important um these people are not just paying for football SE seats the the extra money goes towards paying for the non-revenue sports typically most schools football makes money men's basketball makes money there's a few rare occasions like Tennessee and Connecticut where the women's and South Carolina where the Women's Basketball team makes money as well but by and large the other sports like soccer and track and tennis and um cross country those Sports don't make money for the schools so people are paying extra money to sit in premium seats and a lot of that money goes to help pay for the other sports so if you're going to charge people Buu dollars to come see a football game they should at least be in a comfortable seat so kudos to Florida State for doing this um I think it's going to look really good when they're done so who knows I mean my parents live in Florida God willing maybe next year um take a trip go see my parents and then go back up to Tallahassee and and and try to get a video of the finished product I think that'd be really cool so if you are new please hit like And subscribe I do want to thank you for being here this channel wouldn't exist without you guys um I'd like to talk about stadiums I like to talk about uh the atmosphere of going to sporting events and I love to talk about food so uh if you have any ideas of other things that you want me to to cover other stadiums uh put uh a comment below um like I said next month we're GNA go see Memphis um uh Vandy Tennessee Kentucky possibly a couple others Maybe Cincinnati Louisville um we'll see what happens uh do want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you for watching I appreciate you guys and I will see you next time bye
