On Friday in Los Angeles, Matthew McConaughey
spent some time bonding with his father. On the set of Way of the Warrior Kid, the
54-year-old actor and his 16-year-old son Levi were spotted having lunch. The actor
previously displayed his sense of humor by posing without pants alongside his wife Camila
Alves to promote their Pantalones Organic Tequila. Livingston, 11, and Vida, 14, are also
children of McConaughey and Alves. The Gentlemen actor looked sharp in beige
slacks and a blue linen button-down shirt. The Oscar winner wore a brown billed cap
over his wavy dark blond hair and went out in flip flops. He had a shaggy beard and
wore black sunglasses with silver frames. Uncle Jake, who was wounded on a mission and
is portrayed by Chris Pratt, a Navy seal, moves in with Marc's family while he recovers. Uncle Jake decides to assist his nephew
discover his inner warrior after learning that the young man is having difficulties
in school, with friends, and physically. The film is based on the same-titled
book written by Jock Willink, a former member of Seal Team Three. According to insiders, the author and
Pratt became friends as he was trying to make the switch from Parks and
Recreation's comedy to become the lead actor in movies like Jurassic
World and Guardians of the Galaxy. There is no confirmed date for the
release of Way of the Warrior Kid.
