for the Nester Cortez drill the name may or may not explain it but if you need a little explanation here it is you're basically going to try to pitch like Nester Cortez does when he messes around okay so you're going to get to the top of your leg LIF you're going to kind of like swing around really just moving your body around there is no perfect way to do this you can come around do this do that doesn't really matter just have some fun with it and just move your body around okay then what you're going to do is when it comes time to throw after kind of messing around like this big light lift go and throw okay this works on a little bit of drift a little bit of post tilt stuff so it'll look like this
