all right folks well I do have an update on compensation so this coming quarter we are going to be implementing a new incentivized Compensation Plan that's right so basically your bonuses will now be based on company performance wait what and we are specifically going to measure ourselves against arbitrary quarterly goals and you'll be paid a percentage of your bonus based on the percentage of the goal that we hit any questions um yes I mean is it are these goals even like realistically achievable ah great question Von uh no come on M this industry sucks
