COLLEGE MOVE-IN | university of tampa

[Music] hey y'all welcome and welcome back to my channel my name is Abby for new and today is the official moveing day for me at college so I have all my stuff that I'm taking with me in the car right here that's like not already packed that is definitely not all I'm bringing but I'm going to go put on my new sneakers that I don't think I've shown you yet then we are going to get in the car and get ready to go it's only like 3 minutes away from my Grandma's house it won't take very long I'm going to take you guys through the whole process these are my new sneakers they're Rebox I love them so much I just got them yesterday so I'm going to be wearing these got all my stuff but this is all coming in the back with me this is the situation that's going on all the stuff back there and my body pillow like in the front of the car going there right now I'm really excited and I can't wait to see my room finally my sweet mates are already there they said it's really nice and I hope it is [Music] not my room for my sweet ba and it really nice so this is going good we're getting our second load of [Music] stuff is all almost all made my throw blanket is still in here so I haven't put that on yet but got this some closet base going on here I'm going to put my shoes in here so we're making pretty good progress so far okay so I'm doing like finishing stuff filling up my shower caddy right now I still put the stuff in my backpack this is all my like shower stuff room that is still a mess over there but I have this up here I'm going to do the full like tour later but my closet pretty full okay never mind guys got to do this one first or not [Music] we were leaving and I realized I forgot my license now I got to go back and get it it's not in here the locko I just left and now my roomate's going to be like what are you doing back here [Music] already so we just picked up my grandma and we're going out to eat dinner I got some snacks for my room I'm not really sure where we're going but we're GNA get food because I'm starving and then I'll be back at my [Music] door I'm going to get burrito and we got chip that's yummy this is my food looks so good look at that orange like cheese yes chunk of por por chunk [Music] it's yummy getting ice cream now what I Yum Yum Yum it's melting so they put it in here but so good I'm on the elevator heading back to my dorm I'm all alone now my sweet mat's just left I might go across the hall to see some other girls cuz I said I could come over I'm really nervous but they said that I could come over if I wanted to but I figured I would give you guys a little dorm tour this is the front door when you walk in there's my sink I need to get stuff to put there and then under the sink I have things so this is me and my roommate sink this is our bathroom we have our shower caddies here Swiffer this is our shower this is what the inside looks like and then this is my sweet matate sink they have their stuff here this is my sweet mate's room I'm not going to go in there just because it's like their private space this is our little shared room area we might have more decorations to put in there tomorrow when my roommate comes then you walk in here and here's my room here's my roommate's bed and this is my roommate's desk and her closet and then this is my bed and I have all my stuff under here my laundry bag hanging I have this three tiered cart with snack stuff then hygiene stuff and like cleaning supplies then I have this with just a bag of Command hooks and all my towels and then under here is just extra sheets and paper towels and then in here I have my PJs the drawers are really empty well most of them this is my shirts and pants and then up here is swimsuits underwear that type of stuff and then I have this right here with my Bible and this is just a little bedside table and I have my little lanyard hanging here and then we have my desk space with my mirror and then just this area with all my medicine and it's like skinc care stuff my jewelry hanger my clock and then in here hair stuff like more hygiene type of things perfume hair stuff and then in here is my technology this is just like random journals extra things my makeup bag and then my like dishes and then over here is my trash can my tripod and my Swiffer to clean the floors and then in my closet we have this that doesn't have anything on it yet and then all my hoodies and like hanging shirts my backpack my gym bag my tote for Rush my boots my bag for when I'm traveling and then o all my shoes are in here and then on top I have a little horse figurine from Justin when he went to Mexico Our Little Couple thing and then this of my state so I'm really happy with how my dorm turned out and I'm really actually nervous about tonight but I'm going to change into some comfy clothes and then maybe see if I can build up the courage to go across the hall that's where we are today good morning it's the first sleep of my dorm it was pretty comfy but it started storming so I woke up early my sweetmates are still asleep so I'm trying to be quiet but I just wanted to come on and introduce this Vlog about to start getting ready my roommate's moving in in an hour I'm trying to be ready when she come I was sweating to death last night but I slept really well and I was just reading my Bible and then I think going to get out of bed now and actually start getting [Music] ready I'm on a solo walk right now looking for the dining hall try out my first experience and and then I might walk around try to find my classes my roommate came gave me some coffee she's really nice I love her a lot she's unpacking the first morning is pretty chill my sweetmates one left and then the other left so then I was like okay I guess it's fine that I leave I got to find some shelter cuz it's raining and my parents are going to come back to help me buy my textbooks soon I'm just going to wait for them my first meal is a yogurt bowl for lunch play it's good actually we're actually at Walmart right now and I'm getting this vanity forgot to update B we're shopping we also found this plant for the common room so we can put on the table my roommate's getting a real plant but I like this one trying to decide blanket colors right now between the pink and white I just entered a new level of excitement because I found the scrub in this that I was wearing but they only had hand so close enough to body wash my shoes and we can also barely find pencil pouches so we're going to look for them now we got binder one but we're going to look again just in case we missed this cart pretty good I'm so excited about this I never thought I would be so happy shopping I'm also getting bag just to carry like if I go out or anything and I need like a bigger bag that's not my wallet and then a kitchen towel good morning Vlog it's Friday my roommate just stepped out of the room to use the bathroom and I'm still kind of nervous at filming in front of her even though she knows about this but I just wanted to say hi I don't know how much I'm going to talk today I have an event in the morning and I'm going to go to the gym walk my classes and then I have a lot of events tonight I'm probably going to start getting ready within the next like 10 minutes I slept really well and this is her side of the room by the way it's so cute I love all her Decor I had a really good night last night I went and to my friend's room well my roommates friends and they're really nice so I'm really glad that I'm meeting other people I'm hoping today is going to be a great day I can't believe it's my third day here I'm just going to chill in bed for a little bit and then get up and start getting ready he guys I just got on of my meeting said bye to my family I'm going to go back to my room get my gym bag and and head to the gym super excited I'm not really vibing with this hair but the plan is gym then lunch walk my schedule and just kill some time maybe talk to people so I just got back from the gym it was actually pretty good I'm going to get ready to go to the pool I'm going to get lunch see if anyone wants to come with me first of all I'm going to fix my hi it's been tied back all day probably just going to braid it or something it wasn't too crowded I had a pretty good workout I walk in the stair mask and then I did a I had a lift I haven't worked out in a while so it felt pretty good my roommate is at a job interview right now I'm just here if I can't go to lunch with the girls down the hall I'm just going to go probably pick something up something quick and easy maybe take it to the pool I'm super excited I have a lot of stuff going on tonight I was going to shower after the gym but since I'm going to the pool there's like no point I just washed my face and like wiped down that is where I'm at today I just have on my casual swimsuit this is working out really well this is the fit I have the matching bottoms underneath I'm going to throw on my Hub up and some sandals and I think I should be good to go cute off the shoulder moment but let's get [Music] roll makeup is questionable and I'm heading to Honor's orientation showered after the pool it was really fun I have floor meeting a new year kickoff and then a dinner at 7:30 it's updated drink can I take the one in the package oh it's cold I want a cupcake just got done with my dinner I met two really nice girls there hopefully I can hang out with them again and I'm heading back to my room now I just dropped off some of my friends they're going out tonight but I'm just staying in because my roommate and my sweetmates are watching movies it was really fun I helped them all pick out their outfits to get ready to go out and they all look so good I hope they have a good time but I'm probably just going to be chilling for the rest of the night to be honest I wasn't even supposed to go to their dorm but then I saw one of my friends and she just asked if I wanted to come so I was like yeah sure I'll come I'll be like the out outfits so that's what I've been doing but I'm going to go back to my dorm see what my roommates are doing and then probably put on my PJs and get ready for bed good morning don't mind the puffy face I look so bad but I'm about to go to the gym just got finished with my meeting good morning I just got out of a meeting this is going to be the last day of this Vlog just so that I have time to edit before my first day of school which is going to be in a separate video this is my outfit for today this is my Gym Fit wearing the new pants um I'm me to refill my water bottle before I go me and this girl I met last night Emily went to the meeting together and then I walk her back to her room she's going about to head out hit some legs and then pick up my [Music] textbooks I just cracked open a bubbly this is the strawberry Sunset one it's so good I've only ever had the Cherry one and that one was really good and then I saw this is like kiwi strawberry I was like oh my God I need to get that I'm about to take a shower and then I'm supposed to be going to lunch with my friend Emily I'm just going to wait for her to text me hopefully she doesn't text me while I'm in the shower but I'm going to try my best to hurry up cuz it's 11:30 right now I've already done a lot today planning on walking my schedule finally doing my laundry stuff like that but keep you guys updated the first laundry day is slaying not really but this actually works really well it just looks really ridiculous [Music]
