you know coach alfare has been great so far uh you know just extremely detailed um in every aspect of playing running back um and just getting all of us on an uh elevated level of understanding what's going on around us um and understanding why we're doing certain things um and I feel like understanding that why and understanding what's going on around us can help us adjust when things may go dry um and you know I feel like that that'll be the one of the bigger things that that shows field is being able to adjust and understand uh understand a play that's coming maybe before it happens if that makes sense yeah definitely uh I feel like we all we all know what Donald brings he Lightning Fast he can get out at any time um and uh you know I feel like for me uh you know I bring some some size some power to complement that you know playing defense you know one one snap you're going against a guy that's going know get out the house the next snpp you run against a guy who wants to you know run you over that's hard to you know go back and forth with uh so I feel like that's how I how I can compliment and help the team
