horn frogs in a back in fourth first half have themselves the advantage and now we take a look back at it in the first half rewind coming off that narrow heartbreaking loss to Kansas on Saturday at fog Allen Fieldhouse it was important for the frogs to show that they put that one behind them and Ernest UD did just that on the opening play dunking home for the first basket of the night just 13 seconds in Frog's offense would struggle from there though in the first half making only of their next 17 shots while making just one of seven from deep that allowed the visiting Sooners to settle into the game with their ferocious defense and then grab the lead by dominating the painted area scoring 18 of their first 21 around the rim including seven early points from Sam Godwin to grab as much as a six-point lead at 13 to7 just 5 minutes in frogs though would hang around in this one by getting to the free throw line led by Chuck o and making three of three in that first half coupled some of the halftime stats in this one with the sooner still shooting at 50 % overall 13 of 26 from the field TC is still struggling a little bit has made just 13 of 32 shots 41% from the field but as we mentioned got to the free throw line effectively in that one made 11 to 14 from the strike to just six of six for the Sooners 12 turnovers in that first half for Oklahoma leading to 20 points off turnovers for TCU in that opening half Oklahoma though dominating the glass as Kansas did against TCU on Saturday doubling up the frogs 22-1 including six offensive rebounds leading to seven Second Chance points only four offensive rebounds for the frogs but led to Eight Second Chance points in that opening half Oklahoma also dominating in the paint 22 to2 and then you take a look at some individual numbers frogs led by Emanuel Miller Jamir Nelson Jr and Chuck oanon Miller led the way with 10 first half points Nelson and oanon each with nine in that opening half and then on the other
