well our chief reporter few minutes ago was talking about Victor osaman he said he didn't think the numbers worked with Chelsea dares what's your understanding well Chelsea are still pushing to sign the Napoli Striker Victor Osman and they are continuing talks with the strikker representatives we understand that there is a delegation from Chelsea in Naples as we speak talking to Victor osman's Representatives now it remains a difficult deal to do as carve was mentioning because of Chelsea's wage structure and of of course aiman's demands but the clubt club negotiations are thought to be more straightforward to do than the personal terms that usually isn't the case but such are aiman's wages since he renewed that contract and inserted that release clause and in return is being paid close to 11 million euros net per year so we're looking in excess of £200,000 a week which Chelsea simply won't want to match however Napoli's preference at the moment is to do a permanent deal or at least to do a loan with an obligation now I'm told that Chelsea is still exploring a permanent deal so when I heard that I was like how can this happen because if the personal terms are a problem how are they going to afford a transfer fee as well but sometimes you can work out these transfer fees with more favorable payment terms now this is all against the backdrop of what happened overnight and this morning because the Saudi pro league club Al Ali they'd agreed the deal with NP with Napoli 80 million EUR would go to napoli4 million Euros per year for four years would go to Victor Osan net just think about that for a minute there incredible wages that he would have been getting however we're told that Al Ali are now understood to be unhappy with Napoli because they've changed the goal post a little bit once they'd agreed that whole deal Napoli said actually we want a little bit more money al Alia saying no thanks we've given you this deal we think it's a perfectly good deal we were under the assumption that you'd agreed that deal that our offer you can take it or you can leave it so they're standing firm on that Osman meanwhile though wanted to wait you remember we've been saying this for the past couple of weeks until the end of the European deadline because he thought is there going to be a European Club maybe Chelsea maybe Paris sanj that are going to come in and then give me an option to think about because he doesn't necessarily have to say yes to Saudi Arabia just now because their window closes on Monday however with Chelsea now in the mix can they make an offer that is going to satisfy Napoli that is going to satisfy Victor oan as well it is very difficult to do but the fact that this delegation remains out there in Naples means that there is a deal to be done if it doesn't get done what happens then can Victor Osan still go to Al Ali that looks difficult because as we've been speaking about there's another Striker who could be on his way to Saudi Arabia come on let's throw him into the mix Ivan Tony so so how does all this work well that's a good question at the moment Al Ali have agreed a deal with brenford for Ivan Tony for 40 million and this one has accelerated today and I think we can see pictures from earlier on today in central London with Ivan Tony arriving for a medical there he is at at in central London so the question is like you ask me there how can Al Ali buy both Tony and aiman it's difficult it's not only the cost but also Al Ali don't have two foreign spots in their squad so to do the deals they would have to really to do the rejig their squad maybe sell one or two of their foreign players that are currently there to be able to accommodate two players but two players were going to cost money and on those wages as well that's what makes me think when they went in for aiman they knew that 's agent has been very public on on this week saying show him a bit of respect and let's have a bit of balance here he is not a player that can be shipped far away so that Napoli can buy anyone that they want this is a player who's eighth in the Balon door rankings this is a player who can still perform in European football hence why we were thinking his preference might be to play for one of European football's top five leagues and with that in mind Al Ali while they'd agreed this stuff with Napoli bang agreed with brenford medical for Ivan Tony and this one looks like it's going to accelerate it is incredible
