North Carolina quarterback Max Johnson
appeared to suffer a significant right knee injury during the third quarter
of the Tar Heels' season opener against Minnesota on Thursday night. The Texas A&M
transfer's knee bent awkwardly on a play late in the third quarter, leading
to him being carted off the field.
