hey everybody in this video tutorial I'm going to show you how to contact Google Drive support all right so if you have any issue with your Google Drive account then here's how you can get support from a Google Drive professional so all you have to do is open up support.google.com and then select Google drive from the option because we have to select what kind of Google products we have issues with so select Google Drive then of course Google will first try to send you to help articles but what you can do is scroll down on this page and then you have two options you can post to the H Community which will be a public forum post and you are more likely to get a quick reply but if you want to get a more professional help then you would select contact us here then as you can see first we have to describe what kind of Google Drive issues we have and click on next and select the best description of this issue then click on next step then again they will try to send you to help articles but you can just skip this by clicking on Next Step here and then we have two options to contact them as you can see we can email Google Drive support or live chat with a Google Drive support person so let's say we prefer email here so select email then you have to add your first name which product are you currently experienc issues with so Drive Gmail Google Docs photos or slides you can add the description of your issue here in more words you can add any additional information the support person will find helpful and then you can just click on submit here and then you will send this email to a Google Drive support person and then Google Drive support will be able to reply back to you with the solution in an email so on all this I can contact Google Drive support
