Quite a bit and we, we're already talking about Labor Day, but of course, you know, we still wanna know what's happening heading into this weekend, Betsy. I totally, and I keep forgetting that next weekend is Labor Day weekend. It's like all of a sudden it's here. Right. It just seems like we just did Memorial Day. Well, temperatures right now in the mid seventies around northern Ohio, you can see the sun glare on the windshields in the back windows of, uh, the cars and trucks that are on the road right now. There is a lot of sun and the sun glare is coming around earlier and earlier. Remember our sunset times are getting earlier and so that sun setting will be right in your eyes in the evening commute. We have all green through the rest of the evening and it does look like we should have beautiful conditions around. As a matter of fact, the temperatures will very slowly be dropping back and we'll be in the upper sixties through about nine o'clock or so. So it looks like things should just be kind of easy peasy. I, I don't know what else to say. I mean, it's just perfection. The roads are running relatively smoothly right now. Lots of green showing up on the map. Just a few, uh, side street kind of, uh, accidents and whatnot, uh, that may slow you down. But for the most part, there's no major problems on the thoroughfares. The big thoroughfares, at least lots of sunshine, as mentioned, just a few fair weather cumulus clouds have been seen in the skies farther to the south. We continue with that light northerly breeze and we are right in the midst of high pressure, high pressure is basically descending air in the atmosphere. So we're literally have the weight of the atmosphere pushing down on us and that helps to prevent a lot of widespread cloud coverage. You can definitely see where the low pressure systems are. Then one to the east that we don't have to worry about anymore. This one to the west will start to creep on us but it looks like it's gonna take its sweet time in getting here that is running right along the northern edge of a bubble of hot air that will become a very big part of our forecast, especially next week. But in the meantime, we just kind of have to keep an eye out for any uh shower or thunderstorm chances that are going to try to get in here. But that high pressure is gonna help us out with that at least as we head into the weekend. So let's get to it with your National Designer hour by hour forecast. Clear skies expected to continue into the rest of the evening. Look at the temperatures at nine pm. Upper fifties, low sixties beautiful out there. We'll continue to watch the mercury falling back and we'll be in the mid fifties on average by midnight, early morning though, right back into the forties to around 50 degrees to start the day tomorrow. And once the sun comes up, not only will that be helping things warm up for us tomorrow, but a southerly breeze that's developing too and that southerly breeze will help to propel temperatures into the mid and upper sixties. By about nine am. Midday, temperatures will be in the low and mid seventies. And I think we're gonna head into the eighties tomorrow afternoon across a good chunk of northern Ohio, which sets us up beautifully. Not only for your Friday night football forecast, which right now looks mostly sunny with temperature in the low seventies, but that's also for the Guardians that are back in town will be in the seventies with clear skies expected and sunset time this time of the year about 8:14 p.m. So, uh you're kind of keeping an eye on things. I noticed that this morning when I got up, I was like, man, it was a lot brighter a couple, you know, months ago or two months ago. And now all of a sudden it's kind of that time. Well, here's what the, uh, forecast is going to be once the sun is up and you're out the door in the afternoons. We have a beautiful weekend coming. It will feel very summery. So a lot of the pools stayed open through Labor Day. So we should still have some pool time. And of course, Lake Erie is gonna be a shining star this weekend too with the temperatures in the mid and upper eighties, upper eighties with a lot of heat, a lot of humidity. Our heat index numbers will be back in the nineties early next week. And of course, as we know, Matt and Lena with school back in session, some of the schools aren't air conditioned so it could be a little uncomfortable for some of our students back in the classrooms early next week. Well, you reminded me, uh, that, uh, pretty soon those early morning walks to the bus stop will be in the dark, in the dark if the worst. Ok, you have your lunch, you have your water bottle, you have your backpack, you have your flashlight. Right. Right. No, but you're right. I mean, it just hits you like a brick wall. Thanks so much, Betsy. You got it.
