hi there Ronda well I do George's exercises every day and it works with or without George all right well let's talk about a few of them exerc that I do I do the same ones I picked up why don't I look like that you don't want to be a pretty boy do you sure why not I picked out three of your exercises that are my personal favorites and the first one is the rump Razer if you'll join me at the mat right okay rump risor the rump razor you put your hands by your side heels together knees apart and then you raise your rump as high as you can off the ground 25 times up down up down three and that's what I 25 you do that 25 times but I don't do it alone yes I knew that was coming there he is all right now exercise is the Pedal Pusher and it's also before you do the Pedal Pusher let's see George now this is out of the book and this is a picture of George doing it hey that looks good but my rump isn't up this is a different exercise this is a different exercise that's my rump right there all right this is the Pedal Pusher Pedal Pusher it's also done starting on the ground you put your hands on your chest you put your feet in the air and then you pretend as though you're riding a bicycle I see and George suggest 100 times 100 times that's what I do you do that alone sometimes 101 okay all right you said a third one Rob and the third one is the bottoms up all right here's picture of
