have you ever dreamed of transforming a Hidden Gem into a cozy Retreat adua Bartholomew is making that dream a reality and it's a journey filled with anticipation and creativity before diving in consider subscribing to our Channel and giving that like button a tap after years of planning aduen has finally secured the green light for her vision revitalizing an old Countryside Pub into an Exquisite Escape nestled 251 km from Sydney this uh uh this project is no mere renovation it's heart filed Endeavor that reflects her passion and that is nice to me uh after in May 2023 adua the Beloved Sunrise host acquired 177 year-old property in carore me South Wales however trans forming this historical treasure into a modern duti Hotel hasn't been without bums the renovation plans were initially met with delays due to Heritage protections right now with Council approval in hand she and her husband Neil Varco are eager to unveil their dream the once forgotten pub now dubbed salach Farm will feature three brand new guest cabins a primary guest house and a Charming residential space in addition plans for an inviting pool and Pavilion are in store for future expansion for those Enchanted by winter caror charm is undeniable picture cozy cabins with crackling woodf fires where the chill outside contrasts beautifully with the warmth indoors and each room in the main Guest House boast its own distinct style the ground floor shines and a soothing blue pallet while the bedrooms each tell a unique story through color and Decor both edua and Neil are collaborating with The Talented Melbourne Architects at Studio estada to bring their artistic Vision to life a recent sketch reveals a welcoming dining area complimented by soft tones rustic touches and lovely vintage lighting edua has even showcased the revitalized living room on social media featuring a wooden workstation and vintage Furnishings that radiate Comfort the couple aims for the reception area to include breathtaking landscape paintings by artist Kate pittis adding an artistic flare to this pastoral Haven their dedication to preserving the site's history was evident as approval from the local counil followed careful assessments by historians and Indigenous Elders last year marked a petal time for edua 2 as she decided to sell her Urban Retreat in Sydney um uh this sold for $2.1 million uh Paving the way for her new adventure uh and with a new home and the Old Pub in carore under their belt uh edua and Neil our parents deali and Tom aged four and two and as the renovation process unfolds and WEA has kept her followers engaged by sharing her experiences on Instagram back in May she gave a sneak peek into the Victoria Hotel a highlight of the project showcasing its stunning architecture balcony and Charming French Windows the end began in 2016 on the right of modern rags and another secret that rally millions of temples again has been sued by time onto six of the worlds this is the room the chapter for the town Time Forgot and new new full-time project for us and she eagerly shared plans for the reopening in 2025 and hinted at a few Faulty Towers Inspirations along the way uh ever thought a pod might be the perfect spot for a weekend getaway and we's Journey shines a light on just that and with that said thanks for watching and until next time for
