the people from the M andd Community who have had lots of interactions with over the last couple of years put some real familiar friendly faces hey car how are you they don't look as tired as we do I've got something and Kath was there um Kath mu with a drawing that she had done and passed over to me can we can we do your swap yeah brilliant I saw this this morning that's the original saw this this morning that was brilliant thank you very much all right yeah thank you you you know when you receive gifts like this they're so special when you realize the time and effort that I've gone into creating it and it was a wonderful drawing that had taken cath 9 hours to put together thank you we'll keep going all right you get to the end of a long run you're tired you're cold you're wet you're ready for an hot bath but you have those moments that just warm you up the people we meet are so so special
