Inter Miami vs Chicago Fire | Post Game Reaction

ladies and gentlemen good evening and this is the post game reaction to in Miami versus Chicago Fire the game is still going on there have been nine minutes added to at the end of regulation which is insane but that has just gave word that it is 41 now thank you to the man Robert Taylor I'm pulling up on my knew we were going to pretty much dominate this entire game um very happy with the 41 hopefully what it's going to stay as a 4-1 Victory if we score more then we score more but um I think a 4-1 Victory really really um just demonstrates what this game uh has been about with this team um I'm waiting for them to actually show how much time there is left now Off the Bench as well for Robert which is very very impressive the game is still going on but what a what a performance from inter Miami we're going to get into all the now this is the postgame reaction so we're not going to go too too crazy but we're GNA just talk about the individual performances that um from tonight and and really just talk about how well we did honestly because in Miami played really really good yes this is a struggling Chicago Fireside yes like it hasn't really they haven't really been threatening to us at all essentially I mean like they took a lot of shots right like they they like in all in all fairness they took a lot of shots throughout this game but it was it was nothing really threatening uh to the point where it was like yeah like they could have scored maybe they could have scored more goals like no they're they're their goal the goal that they did score was a defensive um mistake on our end um that was just the ter that was just like in terms of decision- making I think it was Ian fry that was marking the the attacker um oh [ __ ] I say that they almost made it too it was could the number 19 it was the guy off the bench the Chicago fire guy like had the ball D calendar got it though anyway um I think Ian fry like ended up going behind Couts the guy who scored instead of in front which ended up in a near post goal but it is what it is um let's see out what up what up no I'm disappointed this disappointed we need a new coach um we need a new coach why are you saying we need a new coach are you saying it's because of the substitutions because we can get to the substitutions right now we can talk about these substitutions damn damn it I want that clean sheet but it's a good game yeah I was really hoping for a clean sheet honestly our predictions was looking really good with the 3-1 3-0 uh from what we were saying uh in the pregame um but yeah unfortunately they had to get that near poost goal but it is what it is could have been five a clean sheet and I'll take the 4-1 Revenge you you really called it though Daris you really really called excuse me you're the one congratulations on getting the prediction right 4-1 Revenge from last season Revenge from last year playing at Soldier Field um honestly I think this is a good this is a good way uh to end it this is a good result for us honestly the only thing that I disliked about this game let me see if I could like somewhat pull it up hold on let me I think honestly here let me see if Suarez I think broke like another record today by scoring twice tonight Luis Suarez recorded his 16th goal of the regular season tying Gonzalo IW for the most in a single season in inter Miami history boom and so there we go congratulations to Suarez for breaking breaking not really a record he didn't break the record but he tied the record I said 6-0 will play lot you know for real tonight's your lucky night dude that that needs to smack people bro so I didn't really like the substitutions kind of made in this game I don't know if anybody could would would want to disagree with me um I just didn't I mean like the only I guess real sub the only real positive sub was I guess comana and Taylor because comana got the assist Taylor scored the goal oh wait hold on Miami on a break right now they're on the left hand side is Jordi Alba on the on the flank it was like a low cross to the middle kamana tries to get to it there's a Scramble with the goalkeeper n it goes out for a corner we almost made it 51 we almost made it 51 um but I mean I thought taking out Rondo was good because it's Rondo um gr taking out grle was fine as well at the time that it did I thought that but was I don't know maybe brght could have been taken off a little bit this wasn't like the best game out of bright but honestly like I you can't be upset at bre because he's been pretty much our best midfielder um ever since he's you know he's taken that starting position and um here the game just finished it's fulltime all right let me close that out because that is getting a little Annoying It's like talking while listening to the commentator okay cool um bam so wa it says I hope that to watching the game you got competition buddy wait what I hope Toto watching the game you got competition buddy [ __ ] up again Frey is there to take his place bro that's what I'm saying dude Ian fry in the back he played really well I thought he played he had a solid game at that right center back spot I mean he did get the yellow card um he probably could have done a little bit more but honestly like I would like he did he did wonders compared to to Toto Abes like I thought he played so much better than than Toto um I thought it was a really good game for us just overall Suarez the two goals um one of them didn't count he could have got a hattick one of them didn't count it was an own goal obviously um and yeah we were just absolutely all over Chicago we were threatening from the beginning Diego Gomez had a fantastic game as well Jordy Alba of course like him and Jordan pairing Diego Gomez and Jordi Alba on that Left Flank is really really like it's just like you can't stop it like it's really really beneficial for us like we we are so dominant on that Left Flank because Jordy Alba plays like a left Wing Gomez essentially plays as like a second Striker and our attack is just looking solid dude like it's it looks so so solid from that Left Flank I thought defensively we did phenomenal I thought Drake cender really controlled his his box um I thought this was a better game from Cello like I don't want we've been I've always bash cello I think everybody here pretty much bashes cello I thought this was one of Cello's better games um and uh yeah I don't know man propser Miami dude I honestly I don't have any real negatives to say like I'm just just speaking of pure emotion I mean I'll probably go over the game and like analyze it a little bit more and I'll probably do like an actual analysis either tomorrow or Monday because tomorrow I'm doing that I'm going to the international game at Chase Stadium but yeah know overall just in general like it's it's been really really solid and I been really like it um good game B Miami for the supporter shield and a spot for the Champions Club let's effing go dude three points in the bag uh you should start streaming the games do you guys want me to start doing watch alongs I can actually I could start doing watchalong um especially for the for the up now that we have playoffs uh coming up I could start doing washon um I mean starting what is it against the game against Philly if you guys want to I can think about it we don't even have a fully like rested team like we still got we we have like what seven players that are injured we have we have so many players who are out like who aren't messy we have so many players who are not available for selection and yet we still put out great performances out there and I'm really really proud of the boys absolutely insanely happy and proud of the boys to be put like to be putting the performances out there um that the way like to be playing the way that they play um in the situations that they're in it's amazing um we can bash everyone who F off points a possible 14 points that is what 10 that's 63 we can still get n that can't be the record right 72 ah no so we can't get it then okay don't say that the league would [ __ ] themselves yeah no but yeah no this fun I mean I honestly I didn't even I don't have anything planed normally have something plan to talk about but honestly that's just my honest reaction I mean I talked about everybody that I wanted to talk about um this that's just my pure raw emotional like just thoughts and opinions and and and takes um just this is just one step closer to winning supporter Shield let me look at what the table looks like for the supporter Shield you let me show you guys this um this is what the supporter Shield standings look like we are currently seven points clear top of the table we we all have 27 games played LA Galaxy have 52 points um we have 59 Cincinnati 51 all on 27 games played so Columbus are two games behind with 49 but even if they win both they can't pass us because that's what that's 52 or no yeah 52 then 55 yeah so even if they win their both of their games they still won't pass us so right now we are in a chill like we're chilling right now we're in a very very good spot uh for supporter Shield but hey man still set more games to go we're going to have to hopefully we can see the rest of the the season out uh pretty pretty good if we can continue this momentum and I think that's what data and players like Drey cender and even cello said in their press conferences they want to use this momentum to go into the playoffs they want to take every game very seriously they want to get they want to win every single game they're gonna they're gonna take they're gonna give their 100% in every single game and I think that they showed us that tonight they definitely gave us 100% and showed us that they wanted to win they wanted to score goals that even if they were winning two nothing 3 nothing that they still wanted to score more um and we were amazing all all over the field we haven't had a full health excuse me we haven't played with a full healthy Team all season um yeah we haven't played with a literally a full healthy team this entire 2024 year like we have always had players who have been injured International Duty like you can name it whether that's redon Messi Diego Gomez um who else has been injured I think Kachi uh yeah everybody um uh even Ruiz I'm pretty sure like yeah no we've we've had like a lot of players Martinez was the missing piece he is so good Martinez I think has kind of changed Martinez I'm really glad we brought in martinz because I honestly don't know how defensively how we were surviving with elto AES and kits off and like no disrespect to Kits off but the fullest disrespect like all the disrespect tooto AES because we have so many we bro Sergio buset is a way better Defender than Doo Martinez is way better and then we have Ian Frey those are our three best center backs at the club I would much rather have no Allen play over at Toto AES like Martinez has like has definitely been a game changer having um having Sergio buskett play more as a two like as a just a center back with Frey and Martinez has definitely changed the defensive game because he could still get involved with the Midfield but then he doesn't get exposed too much at the back because he still has players like [ __ ] Ian for a and Martinez who are quick who are agile who are good defensively and they're good on the ball they're good off the ball they're intelligent players it's like it doesn't expose him and that's just a weakness that is is completely covered because ELO AES was always bad on the ball he was bad on the ball he was bad off the ball like it was just never anything good from El too and Martinez definitely cleaned that up and having Ian Frey there 100% better so our defense is looking literally 1,000% better with those two center backs and with Serio buset back there yeah only yeah for the supporter Shield yeah I mean lafc are the only kind of real threats I mean lafc um or LA Galaxy excuse me LA Galaxy and lafc are the two biggest threats I feel like to winning MLS Cup like I feel every every other game like when we go into the playoffs like we're we have a pretty we should be winning every game in the playoffs like it the only game that we should be worried about is literally the MLS Cup Final and that's against it should be against either LA Galaxy or lafc now that sounds scary for the rest of the teams in the league hopefully the league will make changes so the this team is beyond great when fully healthy and F firing at all you said it dude you said it Ash because like this is this is literally us like handicaps like this is literally us missing seven players imagine when we have a full roster fully healthy fully fit like we would literally we would be unstoppable we would actually be unstoppable and even now we feel like Unstoppable I feel like we've been really Unstoppable these last couple games um even in the games that we lose like we're not losing because we're playing absolutely horrendous like we didn't play against Columbus horrendously um I mean yeah we did give up a two goal lead right but that was because of subs and because tactical decisions from Tata but that's just be that's not because the players aren't playing good the players are playing well like we're playing really really well and we're carrying that momentum um into these games come on guys how about a like forat yeah I appreciate if you guys liked very I would hope so but like you would have to see what what kind of um what kind of style porino brings to the to the US and then whether kind of the the players adapt to it or work well under that under that scenario or under that tactic um I'm really interested to see what p would bring to the table I'm really excited for portino taking that Helm and I really hope he has a lot of success but I mean hey you never know right like hopefully he can win something um I mean the USA I feel like it's still this is the best USA team that we've seen in a while but I mean even then like they they still got a lot way to go they're very new team compared to everybody else who has a lot of history well maybe not new team but new team in terms of competitiveness and being able to compete with the rest of the world so it's going to take time but I think in a couple years they could they could probably do something but anyways guys um yeah I appreciate you I appreciate you guys for tuning in to
