Club member here um and look looking for a uh a dividend play here monthly dividend income play I'm going your thoughts on uh epr properties thank you okay epr's been too Rocky for me there are times that are good right now I know it's had a big move and there times that are not so good if you want monthly you know the one I've been suggesting for a long time and that's real to income up 10 just in the last not that long ago I would buy some and then wait for it to come down because it is a little dependent on where interest rates are
