Intro good evening Dr Morris injury experts this will be a wrap-up video for week one we've seen about 10 major injuries a couple potentially uh more that we don't have specifics on yet so I'm really only going to cover these 10 of course on Jordan Love Friday night there was the significant knee injury to Jordan love who suffered an MCL sprain possible meniscal injury that's going to keep him out anywhere from about three to six weeks the Packers are notoriously conservative so it's possible they may decide to put him on short-term IR unless they truly feel he can come back in three weeks uh but much better than that potential ACL injury that it could have been uh and thankfully he doesn't have a high ankle sprain either we also saw Josh Allen Josh Allen suffer a leftand injury likely a bruise hopefully not a fracture we should hear Kenneth Walker more information about this tomorrow uh realistically I think there's a very good chance he suits up in 4 days down here in Miami uh where he uh is expected to play against the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football hopefully uh this is not a significant injury uh even though it's his non-throwing hand it would have an impact on his ability to play hopefully it's not a big deal moving on to uh running back Kenneth Walker struggled in the first half but then had a fantastic second half reportedly leaving the game with an abdominal injury now remember he had an oblique injury in the past as well as a hernia injury both of which can be classified as abdominal injuries he basically said at the end of the game at the podium I'm good so we're going to take his word for it uh but it could be either this injuries uh and we'll have to see if this is going to impact him in week two his partner in crime uh shanet ended up also getting injured we don't know exactly what he's dealing with hopefully it is also minor uh I believe he had a decent day today as well moving Puka Nacua on to uh the wide receivers uh we ended up seeing a reinjury at least in my opinion a reinjury to puka ncua's right knee it almost looks like it kind of gave out now remember about a month ago he suffered a right knee injury when he was in practice they initially called it a burst set injury which is fine but not usually a big deal my initial take on the video was that his PCL was actually sprained that's the ligament that kind of crisscrosses with the ACL and is responsible for preventing the knee from sagging backwards so when you have a PCL sprain think of uh your knee as being really unstable almost like if you were sitting on a bar stool that has multiple legs that are loose you don't kind of know which way that leg is going to go and it has a heck of a Time stabilizing and when puka left the field he tried to come back didn't wasn't able to do it but when he left the field permanently there was a screen shot of his right knee and it was way bigger than his left knee so there's a possibility he had a brace on but there's also a possibility that it's significant fluid in that knee now I hope he didn't sustain anything more significant than the PCL but it is definitely possible since they did rule him out pretty quickly Cooper cup just had a fantastic uh return hopefully he can continue that and and stay healthy as he struggled with last year we will know about more about puka probably within the next 24 hours uh let's hold our breath and hope it is not significant it could be anywhere from a onewe injury up to a six we injury if it is a pccl reinjury and a Bersa uh reinjury Jordan Addison came into the Jordan Addison game uh recovering from a I believe it was a left high ankle sprain uh it sounds like he suffered a minor uh ankle sprain on the other side today at least per the Vikings um and he did not leave the game in a boot uh or crutches or anything so I think he might have gotten lucky with this injury although I'm not ready to completely say he's good uh hopefully uh he ended up getting lucky Naylor ended up having a good game Justin Jefferson had a pretty good game as well as far as the Keenan Allen final uh wide receiver at least that we know that did get injured uh was Keenan Allen he had a monster Target share they didn't thrill the whole ball a whole ton uh but he and he only caught I think 29 yards or something silly like that uh but he did leave the injury with something unknown we don't know exactly what it was he did come in the game with a heal injury um so I'm not overly worried and really really concerned but definitely something to monitor the the Jake Ferguson potential most serious injury that we're discussing today is the Dallas Cowboys Jake uh Ferguson now the problem with it injury is that when he uh kind of landed he really landed hard on that left knee and that could potentially be a significant injury ACL is possible um it doesn't look 100% like that but definitely could be that would fit the mechanism I believe it's definitely going to be an MCL sprain uh and and you can't this is one of those where you can't even rule out a fracture or really bad bone bruise because of just how hard it land did like that um David nooku David Njoku left the game in a right uh boot on his ankle reportedly dealing with a high ankle sprain the video is kind of in between a lateral and a high ankle sprain so that would be relatively consistent this could be anywhere from two weeks to six weeks uh these are frustrating injuries Deshawn Watson looked absolutely awful uh so maybe we'll get some Jims Winston or or or maybe uh he can look better next week uh there was a couple other guys that had Others uh some some injuries today Foster Moro suffered a concussion I think he was a top three uh tight end scoring just to give you an idea of how bad scoring was today for tight ends uh and there was some Rumblings that both Raheem murt as well as Devon aan were banged up a little bit in this game obviously we'll see the injury report tomorrow Monday which is not usually common it's usually on Tuesday but because they play on Thursday we'll have to see if they are banged up hn was running a ton in the slot I think he caught seven for 75 but didn't really run much at all the the Dolphins collectively only ran for something like 81 yards A little unorthodox of them um but uh hopefully neither of these guys are banged up jayen Wright was inactivated and the Jeff Wilson Jr was actually the top running back for the Dolphins today so we'll have to see how that plays out before we put waivers in on Tuesdays hopefully uh you like this video uh it's just after midnight here on the East Coast um I do this stuff for you so if you like it do me a favor smash a thumbs up subscribe and we'll see you later this week with new updates
