he's still doing his thing in the CFL but he didn't have like he had great catches and he was consistent and he did have some big plays but it wasn't like what we saw from jerius Wright Cedric cops right right and I know somebody like when I posted it today put out there like Oh I thought we would have seen Quinn groy and it's just like you know sometimes I can't go through and get every single person like tomorrow three days is only Joe Adams and only Alex Collins I'm not going to dig out other ones because that one's five minutes in itself gotcha you gotta cut that one down anyway yeah I look at that actual rundown we on day four I mean this is actually game week guys I mean we we we looking at the first game on Thursday night I know some people have their feelings good better and different about the Thursday night game I mean it's a night game it's on what's ESPN plus ESP Pingu either way it's on TV and it's a thirst night game um but I know a lot of people would rather have what on the Saturday enjoy the whole day with the tailgating experience but at the end of the day I feel like these guys need that extra time to get ready for Oklahoma State which we will get into in a second um I want to say this before we move forward to the schedule yesterday you do know it was only one number five we was GNA really he was GNA really post yes it's only one number five I don't care what we talking about uh we could dive into you know the more recent ones one transferred one didn't finish his career as a r like basically quit before the season ended if you will so I was just kind of like you know what there's only one dmac there you go uh Jimbo James Hamilton you want J Fair too shout out to the war eagles which is no longer are they see see see what you doing see what you doing it's too early for that bro it's too early for that uh Triple R Triple R rail bail BS Incorporated uh we should always start the season off with Saturday and never start the year off in into it now as we get into it tonight we going to take this time and go through this whole schedule game by game we're going to break down each game and try to convince this gentleman here to get off of his prediction that he been saying for weeks that he's just standing on bsiness about so at the end of the day I feel like we all have an idea of where we want to go with it but I'm trying to see if we can all break up things that make a lot of sense I seen a comment I forgot the gentleman's name who made a comment in the group and did a whole season uh layout his predictions for the season um it was a lot of people involved in that post and I was hoping some of you guys would be on tonight to chime in with some of your opinions and your takes just so we can go a little bit back and forth and get a little banter and debate about what we think will really be feasible for the season um Zelda Zelda fan 1942 I hope it's not true at all that Florida might be our last ever SEC forever football win no I hope not no the's not I mean no well I mean if you're going off my prediction then we can't go off your prediction all right so boom before we get into all that okay since there's o between this and Twitter there's her ex there's over a 100 people watching right now okay I made my prediction in November November 20th to be exact which was four days before the Missouri game so no I have not came off of it but but do I think we're only going to win three games no I don't I'm just sticking to that's what I predicted in November and I'm rolling with it but I will talk about those games that I think can go Arkansas's way okay not just a flat and then when we have our wo Pig pick them coming out weekly it may not reflect like oh I picked him to lose on my early season predictions but I may pick him to win as the season goes on yeah it's it's good that you get in front of that because you know somebody will screen record and just say well you chose them to get this and all of a sudden you get it's bound to yeah it's B it's I mean between what we're gonna do the woo Pig pick him then we do the score predictions in HQ so you know there's bound to be multiple multiple things and with the woo Pig pick them week two will'll be throwing in the three prime time NFL games as well Thursday night football Monday Night Football Sunday Night Football so just to mix it up a little bit because I know some of you folks like picking the NFL more than college and some people watch college because they can't stand inlm so just depends on the individual fan all right go ahead and uh put a thing up on the screen my guy so we can see what we got got to wait to see okay this is going to be interesting so if if you guys are watching please feel free to chime in with your comments and what you you think it could really be what are your projections and we gonna go game by game and kind of do a little Roundup all right so first game Thursday night August 31st Arkansas fine Bluff in Little Rock at w Mo Stadium Matt what you got on it I think it's going to be what everybody expects it to be um I don't really see uapb scoring more than 10 points and I would venture to say that most if not all of that will probably come up in you know at the end of the game some scrap of Duty or whatever unless somebody just blows an assignment and somebody gets free um so I I would I would expect a a a pretty sizable win I'm saying probably 42 points we win by a margin of Victory um just to I think that would be pretty safe I I think we must must start fast we should be able to run the ball on them um do whatever we want be Bland not show anything save it all for as the season goes along because I mean we're not going to show everything against Oklahoma State but um I think it should just be uh as expected but I will say I will predict I think we might have a punt return again okay been a while two seasons against Arkansas Pine Bluff was the last time right Missouri State when Patrina was their coach Bryce Stevens gotcha yeah okay and I don't remember when oh I'm trying to remember when um that Nathan par had one also within the last year or two that was the Arkansas game no it was another game we haven't played since 2021 when we beat him like 45 to3 gotcha so since you uh want to chime in on it sir what you got on the game I've got a win I'm not going to go like score predictions for all these I will say the spread 52 and a half not going to cover that um I know there's going to be people probably pissed off like oh yall didn't cover the spread whatever um I think this game I I'm still looking about a 42p point differential like Matt I'm Gonna Roll with 52 to1 because I feel like that petrino's first game like on the sideline back with Arkansas that hopefully getting ready for Oklahoma State we're going to see you know the starters First St everybody through the third quarter I'd say pull them for the fourth right but you know it is what it is I don't I just I want to see the true like we're not taking the foot off the gas even if it is Pine Bluff all right so check this I got I got us winning against Pine Bluff if you not scoring 50 points I'm disappointed I'm telling you that right now yeah he'll show up at some point on the stream some point uh if you don't score 50 points on Arkansas Pine Bluff I'm disappointed already and I'm going to say this uh in relation to the past couple years we watched Sam Pitman get up on the school and then just say we're going to run the ball and wear him down and I'm like the hell with that because everybody's trying to win we don't have time for that crap B patrino I feel like is trying to put his name front and center and doing what he does I I want to go back to a old uh Steve spur quote the reason why we keep running the score up is cuz hell uh the third string quarterback his his mom is in the stands want to see him play too so I think this also a situation where in regards to recruiting instate recruiting any player the nine players you have on your um roster who are from the uh P County Little Rock area they must play significant playing time significant you got anybody from the state in general specifically guys who went to school Little Rock this is your time to shine you're back in a home City you got to play those guys it's no reason that we don't see uh Russell on the field there's no no reason we don't see Charlie Collins on the field with having patrino back in in with Arkansas at some capacity and the players that he had from that area when he was there I mean if anybody need can speak to it you know it's him like hey you need to get these guys on the field because he had some big games memorable games in L Rock right and I also think from a I don't know what standpoint to really speak on it but I do know a lot of times when it comes to Little Rock games that's opportunity for Central as well as Southeast and Southwest Arkansas to show up for the games um so I would really like that to be an opportunity to present to these guys and recruit to those areas and put more players who are from those areas South Central and Southern Arkansas to be represented on the field that's what I would like to see like I said you got to put 50 up on them you can keep vanilla as long as you score fast I still think we gonna start slow unfortunately I think we gonna start slow on offense I really do I think it's probably going to be two first drives in a punt and it's going to be disappointing it's like here we go again and all of a sudden they'll turn it up so that's my projection for that so we both got to win for that Oklahoma State the reason why they mov the game up to THS because they wanted more time to prepare for Oklahoma State I'm going go ahead and start off with this one I got us in the win because Oklahoma State always starts slow they always lose a game they're not supposed to um lose you just see Florida State lose Georgia Tech it's very possible it could be the same scenario so I'm going with Arkansas for the win uh against Oklahoma State I mean in one aspect Arkansas Pine Bluff it is not at Donald's Ronald Donald Ronald McDonald Donald that it's not it's not in Fairville on the hill in the stadium so technically it's an away game you already did um a away game preparation for the Little Rock game now you're going to go right back and go on a true roll game and play Oklahoma State I feel like they already have the Mojo they vanilla in the first game second game they start to show a little bit more they start showing a little versatility in some of the guys they want to showcase um and just prepare them to go into the next week so I got Arkansas with a win going two and0 versus Oklahoma State Adam what you got this is where it starts um just going off of it you know again from November uh no I've got it as a loss okay um now with that being said stealing one from you all right I think that we can win this game like you said a lot of that has to do with Oklahoma State starting slow I think you have to make Oklahoma State one Di um you know they've got one of the best running backs in the country and what olle Gordon correct you know in the back field so I think it's going to be difficult to completely take him out of the game but obviously like this is a game where you want to see Landon Jackson disrupt the back field so you know it's one of those that our secondary is going to be put to the test our linebackers are going to be put to the I mean there's there's a lot on this game because Oklahoma State's going to come at you from a few different ways hey bu we don't have you blocked for telling the truth we have you blocked for stirring up [ __ ] week in and week out in the group anyway move it on all right Matt what you got on it I got it as a win um okay I think the mini bye if you will having a Thursday night game uh will add a little bit to it because they'll be able to watch Oklahoma State and get a little bit of film on them I'll be it they're not going to show a whole lot either but um I think I think it'll be a close game I think it it mainly resides on the defense being able to stop the run stop oie Gordon um I mean a lot that's obvious and like you said about Landon Jackson I think the linebackers will be big need to be big in that game they'll need to really show uh maturity and and be poised in in you know tight situations but I I think we'll be able to pull it out um I think they won it right now but if we don't win it you know the Rumblings will start at absolutely absolutely but I think we will win it and um I think I think it could start something uh nice for us hopefully all right now uh one thing that we didn't throw in there that we discussed previous shows ago we have a former player that's actually on the roster and last time we checked he was in the cast so have we heard any update have we looked for any update I did a few weeks ago and there was like there was no new update on it gotcha so um I'm not sure what's going on with him I can maybe get an update before who's it we were talking about AJ right back AJ GRE I hav yeah I haven't heard anything on it CU you know he transfer he hit the pter with the Tulsa and then flipped and went to Oklahoma State we was looking like damn we got to play him like you know it's a possibility if he's uh properly utilized in the system he could really uh do something so I don't know who the second string running back is I feel like this is a situation where Coach T will in the defense is g to start the season off strong I think they have a great showing against uapb I think they look to repeat that in week two they get different looks they get used to doing a play calls in the helmet it's a a road environment Oklahoma State don't have [ __ ] on the SEC in regards to crowd noise I don't care what you say so you can't convince me otherwise I feel like the defense is what stands tall the first two games the offense brings itself alone and then slowly gets it going uh yeah Colin Clay is a start on the defensive line Oklahoma State thank you Andrew um that's definitely he did he left us what three seasons ago feel like feel like it's three seasons ago and uh AJ green will miss the first few months so he will not be there so he'll be on the sidelines with a Jersey correct talking trash talking trash uh it's a big 12 they're consistently mid we should win absolutely they're not known for defense so at the end of the day I feel like we get opportunity to uh let T and green get loose in the Run game I want to see T and green get loose in the Run game I think he'll do a lot of um uh uh in Pocket dump dumps and getting it off we get chance see offense a lot look like let me go back real quick before we continue the uapb game I talked about uh seeing wait a minute what view okay all right look so I talked about um Arkansas Pine BL boom another thing that I want to see besides the players that's from Little Rocket within the state I I I need to see uh Singleton I need to see the backup quarterback and I need to see him do more than just hand off the ball I need to see the backup quarterback actually throw the damn ball in significant reps because you never know what the season looks like if anybody gets hurt I don't give a damn who it's against let that man throw the ball let him run the first team offense don't just get him in the game and just try to hand the ball off to Russell I don't want to hear that in Bion I want to see him actually have a hold of the total offense and call the plays run the plays and throw the ball and have some decent stats on that so once again at this point um me and Matt are at 2 and 0 and we know Adam is at yeah he's one in one one in one all right so boom next we go to uh UAB I'mma go ahead and call it that's another dub Arkansas starts the season off 3 and 0 that's two on the road and this UAB is a home game yeah the first true yeah it's the first game in fville the first five weeks this is the only game that's in pay bill you know you sound like Trey bidy right nobody gives a [ __ ] just win the damn game I don't care if you play in the parking lot it doesn't matter what you think that part yeah right so it's so many other people we have like we the only one that have a schedule just messed up like this there other people schedu if you really dig into it but I got Arkansas being UAB once again the thing that tips the scale in this one is this is the first true home game this is the first true home game so you've been in three different atmospheres at this point on September 14th going to against UAP B I feel like now we start to put it all together this is the time where the offense has to flourish I think they'll still start a little slow but they'll figure it out and they'll make it happen defense is still going to do their thing I like to see we start seeing other running backs involved other receivers involv involved we don't know what all it looks like with regards to broaden and uh Andrews we don't know what it looks like if they gonna start season off in full strength so it' be interesting to see if some of these other players get an opportunity to play and what the offensive line Looks like for the first three weeks but I got us in the win a three and0 at this point Matt what you got I got a three and 0 um there have been some people predicting that it would be a very close game or that we could even lose it um I wonder where they you know get those thoughts because I I I think we would should be able to handle them you know at least by three touchdowns by the end of the game you see to come in that's where they get them thoughts from said BYU beat us at home and they were at the bottom of the Big 12 Buu is not UAB you can't tell him that he got all I mean power conference School versus nine so whatever um but I think I think we should be able to to handle it it could be tight early um just you never know um especially if there're there could be a hangover especially if we win at Oklahoma State they could you know just be a little high and start a little sluggish and kind of the way you were saying early in the uapb game that we could you know just you know have a couple punts in the beginning but um I think I think we'll handle UAB and we will be three and 0 all right Miss is two and one um I don't think that's going to be something that we win as much as the Pine bof game I think it's going to be I mean I'm still looking at four to five score win so it's one of those things that I want to see them open up a bit more um I don't really think I mean going in Oklahoma State game two the whole like saving your playbook for stuff like throw that out the door like go ahead game one and just get it rolling like I'm tired of hearing about not opening things up just go for it especially against UAB you know and especially if you've lost game two and I know you don't want to think about that but if you lose game two you need to use game three to bounce back and prepare for Auburn correct so that's where you have to get your head right to go into the Run of SEC games that you've got ahead of you so I'm gonna put it as win okay gotcha gotcha gotcha we're going straight into the first SEC play going SEC play we play uh Auburn that is an away away game that is one game I am going to this year if you guys been watching since we started this uh last year I went to Baton rge to LSU and then I went to gang I'mma continue this trend and I went to we played Georgia I went to the Georgia game that's one of the best games ever we got to ass whoop but that beside the point admv was live going to Auburn so um Auburn first SEC game Coach T will going back to his old stomping ground Matt go go ahead with yours I I'm I'm still I man this is one of the ones I've been debating back and forth I had to remind myself that Hugh fze was the coach there so that did worry me a little more than not but I feel like they if we beat Oklahoma State I feel like they're going to come out on fire for t- will for that game but every time we go to Auburn something [ __ ] happens so I'm going to call it a loss because I feel like some bullshit's going to happen that's so I want us to win I think it's going to be a tight game but something something stupid is going to happen I have a feeling and it will end up hurting us some officials going to be paid or something be there some foolishness all right uh Renee Renee yeah yeah uh you got H at LSP damn skippy yeah yeah yeah that's some of the best tail G never been a part of that was a hell of a time man and a hell of a game I got a chance to watch The hman Trophy winner play against the Arkansas Team who was really giving it to him to the end so that was definitely good game to be at Adam what you got sir this is a loss okay and this one no matter how we start the first three games Okay um it always goes down some weird way in Auburn uh whether it's honestly getting throttled by Auburn depending on the year or you come up with stuff that the the referees you know don't call a fumble on Bo Knicks okay whatever the case may be so Jordan har is one of the tougher stadiums to play at in the SEC it's weird so it's just one of those I can't see a winning Brian uh don't ride the elevators at Auburn say I heard about that for whatever reason I heard about that so thank thanks for that uh alurn I got us taking an L we taking L against alurn start the SEC off um o and one I just it's always something uh Auburn always has these players that that we have no idea who they let's let's be clear hashtag it's an opportunity right there's an opportunity for Auburn to throttle the [ __ ] out of Arkansas and put walker white in the game just because that could really happen right like it's so many scenarios I'm thinking about of how these games could really go it'll be so sad to see us get beat up and then see Walker white get in the game and they just keep running the first team offense and just throwing man like just just dropping them onus you know what I'm saying 40 50 yard drops I can honestly see that so I got us taking the L against alurn starting SEC off 0 on1 which I don't like you know one thing too is like I'm waiting for the the wheels to fall off for few freeze I feel like it's going to happen sooner or later that shit's going to hit the fan it's just not going to happen again us for whatever reason yeah Andrew you about yeah yeah yeah Andrew you right about that P th yeah was looking like there's no way in hell this dude is going to really do what he did this dude ran the ball he threw the ball he he just look like he was playing Madden out there on us and it was it was very disrespectful Texas A&M Texas A&M last of Jerry World last that Jerry world thank goodness for that somehow some way we finally way to lose Texas ANL they don't even they have better players as far as like stars are concerned I just feel like this is going to be the one one of the things I realize we always get whooped by Texas ANL is the tight end over the middle because we always have linebackers who can't really run and cover anybody Brook Ellis bu po great great great leadership guys great effort guys they [ __ ] run and they would just get beat by some random freshman tight end who was 67 then near 260 so with that being said I got us winning I just came up with that off top of my head right now I got us winning against T z&m somehow somewhere yeah I did you know the last time I um I I watched us do it I feel like this is one of those games that's going to be really close it's going to be a lot of NFL t on that field with the roster T&M still has intact when they bought the number one class but I digress um and I think this the opportunity that the coaches Bob patrino T will Coach pit saying look this is what the season gonna look like and if we don't start off conference play decent we in for some troubles and I'm G get fired and everybody else gonna lose a damn job so I think this is the one that we win to end it in Jerry's world I don't give a damn if Jerry got to pay somebody for us win I got us Bea Texas this time and I just came up with [ __ ] that part yeah all right Adam what you got on Texas um this is one bit no hold on BR what's in the cup with DP what's in dp's cup A&M ugly L unfortunately so this is one that I could go either way on so on my prediction it's a loss uh okay one of the reasons being is no we don't know what A&M's bringing to the table because like Mike Elco said at SEC media days they've had a quiet office season which is what they wanted there's not a whole lot out there on them they've not really seem to have any drama heads on St everything's just seems like it's gonna go in their favor more often than not um M Elco is a good coach I know the SEC is completely different versus coming from from duke or is that where he was Duke yeah so I don't know I I I think that LSU could or not LSU A&M could win or would would win what I hope is is that it's a team that patrino is prepared for and that patrino is going to pull out the stops for on the offensive side you just I I think that he has a lot in this game even with Jimbo Fisher not being there anymore forgot about you know it's one of those that obviously if Jimbo was there it' be completely different story but I think this is one that patrino is going to show up A&M and I think that hopefully you know T will gets the defense ready for patrino to handle their business but I do have it as a loss all right Matt well I went to the first three games there and they were all wins and I don't think we've won since then maybe um 2021 okay 2021 so I think we're going to win um this is one of the ones that I told you all before the show um I had us winning I feel like we have a better chance um I mean Elco is a defensive coach but I want to believe that his offense may not be as good especially with them not having patrino running Jimbo's offense um I Plus patrino he probably will have a little bit of get back in him um with them I know they want to beat him we haven't beat them since 21 like you said and they've just been a thorn outside it's always a close game we below a 14o lead with 10 minutes left just something and I feel like this time we will put it together because they have a new regime there and maybe they're still working out everything everybody getting on the same page so I'm G to put it as a whn all right all right so check this as I'm looking at my other phone the week before on the 21st they play bowling green and they probably gonna blow the socks off Bowling Green I I think they come in there a little cocky because I mean they schedule ain't really talking about nothing they got U Notre Dame started off and that's going to tell us a whole lot even though it's game one mcne state they should win that Florida in Florida hell they should win that to be honest with you Bowling Green I think they just feeling their self by that point and I feel like they going to look at Arkansas like well we'll just go play this another game and uh get it over with but I I feel like that's an opportunity for them to do what uh do what we need to do so that's that Tennessee Tennessee October 5th that is the game I would love to go to that's going to be a home game correct mhm yeah ain't no ain't no way ain't no way in hell we beat Tennessee I just don't see it um I like what Tennessee has been doing they had the young uh freshman quarterback who's taking over who's going to be a he played last year so would he be a red shirt for I think he played I don't know if he lost his red shirt but uh either way they had one of the top five stars in the country which doesn't mean doesn't translate to a whole lot we seen DJ Yuka lately which is what I call him at Florida State just look like trash so anything is possible but this young dude is a stud um I do like what Tennessee brings to Table in regards to that defensive line I do like the athletes they have a wide receiver and uh they always have a nice offensive line This is the game where what is his name what is his name we got a offensive lineman who transfer center right so Nicholls this will be some get back for Nicholls but [ __ ] he he can't do it by itself no but we got him and Deno Slaughter yeah M yeah yeah that yeah that's that's yeah I just can't see us beating Tennessee I just cannot see it I got it as a l Matt what you got I unfortunately see it as an L um I think it could be a competitive game I think most of our games are going to be pretty competitive honestly just like they were last year and I feel like we have a better team yeah um so I I feel like it'll be competitive and uh and Tennessee will just happen to get the best of us tenness is going tomorrow our o line the dline be the best in the conference Andrew I'm not mad at that uh Mr McAdams I they they always keep a squad they keep some talented players they send to the league every year when I look at the draft uh I think I got an idea of what your answer going to be uh sir unless you're gonna do a shocking eye situation Adam what you got no I don't have a loss um hypo has good teams it is what it is good offenses Etc um here's a thing with this game that could make it weird and this is one of the flex games that is either going to be at 2:30 or at 7 I feel like it could go more in Arkansas's favor if it's a night game in fville against Tennessee because years passed do I think that we will get that lucky no I don't but you want to make things interesting put them at that seven o'clock game in Razer back stadium and let's get weird with it yeah and I think that also depends upon what these schedules looks like what these records look like that's just um Adam go ahead and start this one off I mean I've got it this loss so here's the thing with this game is what quarterback I mean we know what quarterback but it's you don't have Jaden Daniels growing against you've now got a quarterback that is a pocket passer so it's one of those that it's going to look different from last season um and which you know a game that we almost won and I think it was how many Red Zone trips that we didn't score in last year like eight or something like that right so it's one of those that we could win um I just think for whatever reason you know we get we tripped up and we don't but this is one that could go either way I don't think LSU is going to be obviously as good as last year you don't have a Heisman quarterback um Brian Kelly has stood firm since you know this offseason that they're going to win in the trenches they're going to win up front that that's more or less their identity so we'll see what you know what is what comes of that um you know who's the offensive line that ended up going to LSU that we didn't get we'll see if he can gets on the field that's next year though isn't it is that next year is he 25 yeah yeah I thought it was a 25 it don't matter I'm sure somebody he maybe this game will make him switch could be could be all right so check this LSU I got us uh taking the L against LSU you talk about winning in the trenches once again I'm being this fan who just in my own word this is what's happening this is where a significant injury happens don't know on either side of the ball but this is where you really start checking your death in the middle of the season after a bye so B we gives you opportunity to whatever guys are nicked up are not 100% excuse me where you start getting in these other players that you should have been playing against Arkansas P Bluff and you should have been playing against UAB you going to need to ask now because now we deep into the well not deep in but we we we in the middle of conference play and this is where you really start checking your death this is when you try to see what quality guys you have that second third string who actually contribute uh within the game and play four quarters so I think this is one of those where you really got to dig and say hey remember the guy let's just say I'm throwing a random name we we was really worried about Patrick ctis all year long all of a sudden Patrick ctis come back and fulfills a role for somebody who got injured right or uh we talk about a a guy who's been around for a while on the team who's been loyal to the team and stay maybe he gets nicked up and one of these guys from the transfer rep that we brought in on defense starts to fulfill the role that's been need it so maybe that's what it is hold on translate into the NFL um but back to it they they've lost a lot of talent and like you said they got to replace at Jaden Daniels and those two um and then with Brian Kelly putting more emphasis on the line of scrimmage that tells me that they're going to try to run the ball a little more I mean of course they're going to pass it he's a passing type a coach but being Brian Kelly but I I feel like they're going to run it a little more try to get a little more balanced um and not have as much quarterback run because that that was a lot of their running last year or last two years um but I think we'll end up some is that the game that Luc has got hurt last year or was it after that game because I know he started out pretty strong in that game it was that's what I thought that's what I thought and that's kind of why we kind of got sour and ended up losing uh but I I think I hate to say it because I really hate LSU but I think we're going to lose in a nailbiter RC yes if you have a it was KJ he's just really into it it's all about his cars and he really doesn't had leadership so all these things came into the fold and we get upset with each other and bicker because we don't agree on what the reason is that we're not successful as a team and it it just gets frustrating but if we're winning this this is not even a conversation we had the same debacle and basketball we talked about freaking painted fingernails for freaking months because we were losing if we were winning nobody would give a damn but that's what we talk about because you got to find some way to blame it on somebody so I understand what people are saying let's be clear I understand people are saying but at the end of the day if we are winning as a team none of this is even a conversation to be had it's just one of those things where you just hate to lose and you got to find some reason somebody to blame it on so I understand that thought process I feel like too like the whole moral Victory thing I feel it's overused just like a number of other comments quotes whatever from Razer back fans because we're all Razer back F fans and it's one of those things that okay say we lost people are immediately saying like calling out people for the moral Victory nonsense just because they may be commenting about something that went right in the game or a player just cuz they're not complete [ __ ] on the team and [ __ ] on the player and there's a difference between you know being able to talk about a positive it doesn't mean it's a moral Victory you're just talking about a positive just because you're not sitting there being Debbie down or negative Dancy um what else could we come up with Petty Patty you know it's just who knows I I just look huh I mean yeah nobody's even when we win we still got fans out there that sit there and find something to be wrong yeah so you're not gonna please everybody Win Lose or Draw right and here's let me go one more one more more step if for the switch and Conference part nobody they always think about that but you don't think about basketball how that would affect that how it would affect baseball it would affect every sport they would be facing lesser competition and have a lesser draw to come to Arkansas it's already hard enough to get people to come to the state to just visit it to see what it's about and you would be losing the main attraction that we play in the SEC so you just just may want to reconsider when you say these things that how much ramifications it would have across the entire program and with a potential super conference so let let's just play hypothetical here so what would make sense Big 12 Big 12 probably all right what y'all say I'm just I'm 12 is going to be in that super conference too so guess what you roll up a football Super conference you don't know how it's going to be divided out who's going to play who you've got 32 teams and however they decide to make that um schedule out like I said it's still early you're not in any better situation than you're in right now you're still in the same situation that you are currently in with this super conference unless you want to go to a lesser conference even further down than the Big 12 and then not be a part of the big boys then you can go play whatever national title game with all the other FBS schools and the group of five schools that's that's where this is all heading it's going to be the group of five versus the power five or four in this in this matter and you're either the have or the have not so let's this whole like oh let's go to another conference we need to go to another conference [ __ ] your other conferences because it's about to be a super conference when it comes to football in the next five years it's gonna happen and so you're GNA have this in football and then you're going to take that away from your other sports like we've talked about so you want to go play you know wherever in basketball I mean I just don't look at it doesn't make sense who would our new rival be Utah in the Big 12 I mean it it doesn't we would be leaving our the PE the teams that most of the fans hate the most LSU Texas A&M Old Miss who who would you want to play yeah Illinois is Illinois our new our new rival because is there come on people I mean Utah or BYU and have Christians versus Mormons I mean moving on make it awkward and change the subject there you go there you go boom moving forward so next we got Old Miss now keep in mind this is November 2nd is the last game we have a bye-week after Old Miss right yes so I got I got I got Old Miss in the um in the damn playoff 12 te playoff this year I got Old Miss contending for it I got Old Miss doing the damn thing for money kein that's what I got Old Miss doing this is this is the one that's on the line for me um I don't think Missouri has the same team they had last year we had some some players from the state who did not commit to Arkansas and chose to go to Missouri and are currently not even on the damn 3 deep that's interesting that's a whole discussion um it's not suspicious it's just interesting yeah yeah but at the same time I feel like this is the opportunity and I can't keep up with what I have my projection this is one of those times where you look at and say Missouri is gonna be the this the the game is going tode the bowl game I got to take it a loss just lost I unfortunately think we're going to lose against them um yeah but that loss also would as far as my prediction that gives us a six and six record so it we start fast and then we start having a big slide because I have us at 5 and three at Mississippi State and then we start sliding a little bit and we get that bowl win with uh Tech all right boom let me jump into these questions and then I gotta tally of my projection at the end of the day uh as Logan say at the end of the day the day gonna end absolutely uh Jarry Cox what record does PPP need to keep his job great this last week I think somebody put in the comments last week seven and 14 points with their counts towards uh looking at the games that we lost last year we lost five games by less than seven points be to let him go right there it would do nothing either if you're that if you're at that point wait till the end of the season and and let him go however yall decide to let him go whether it's he decides to retire you fire him whatever the case may be there's no point if you are nine games deep into a season of firing a coach and plus I don't think a honee chick runs a business like that I think he's a class individual and the way he goes about his business except for the time he called out M with his [ __ ] on that bus that was hilarious that [ __ ] was hilarious and they was out there playing games but other than that I feel like he got he got a lot of love for pit I don't think he be it'll go different go ahead Matt yeah we would have to be if we were two and seven he would have been gone way before that in my opinion and um if he's a the only other way he would be gone is if the team quits on him which would be more of like a two and seven type season or just something kind of like what we have with Mississippi State last year where you see the team quit again that would be the only way I could see him getting kicked before the season ends cuz otherwise regardless he's one of us and we need to treat him as such and whether he gets the results that we all want or not he's one of us still somewhat respect him care about so you know treat him with respect or you know just don't don't disrespect him and just treat him like crab cuz I mean we we did that with Houston nut now everybody's kind of circled back around and you know at one point wanted Houston up to be the next ad and all this stuff so it just just don't do it again I look at it this way that whatever plays out this season into the off season I don't real I I feel like in my heart of hearts that and this would be what he maybe wants to do is that Pitman would retire absolutely in my heart of hearts I think he's done and then I think Arkansas pays for a coach like we did Cal all right let me let me pig it back on that uh thought process and this this was yeah this was a thought process that was brought to me in another group that AR yeah well no not that type so Arkansas has not been the same ever since that player quote unquote got arrested and it seems like the coach didn't have his back do y'all remember that yall remember that uh defensive uh yes yes yes it was a incident on Dixon Street um I'm trying to remember names uh he left and went to oklah yes he was and he left started with last name start with Slusher miles Slusher something like that he went to Colorado okay okay I think it was Slusher and it was two of them it was two together and they kind of got disrespect got they got treated wrong they I don't from what I remember I don't think they really deserved anything that like they were in the middle of a crosswalk or something and the cops got onto them and they're like there's other people here and you ain't doing nothing to them so right if that if that's what I remember right Anthony Brown and Miles Slusher gotta and the thing that was interesting about it was ever since that moment it hasn't been the same in regards to the players they recruited I feel like uh T will is doing his due diligence in regards to having one-on-one person relationships and building a rapport with these players to bring that back to where they feel trust from the coaches I'm not saying that's a um a Odum thing I'm not saying that's a Pitman thing I just feel like it was it was definitely handled wrong and it could have been handled better but at that point I remember I don't know if you remember that transfer portal season a lot of players left and a lot of players in different communities felt some type of way about that a lot of black players felt some type of way about that I'm just going to keep it a b like damn he just let he just left me hanging out to drive like really like I thought y'all would come to my defense and at least investigate the situations like y'all took y'all took the police uh thoughts and just ran with it just say I'm wrong y'all GNA suspend me so a lot of that has changed since then but I think T will is doing what he need to do and I can hope that whatever this record ends up with we can T will because you can't lose Pitman t- will and patrino I I can't I can't take the starting over [ __ ] again it's just too Saturday game I think they had like 45,000 so announced announced you know I I'm sitting there I'm thinking one thing that I think gets people in the seats is TN green and Bobby patrino especially Bobby um the whole change and things but I I'm still probably hovering around 40 to 42,000 I could care less about attendance I'm with you on the water situation you talked about the soft ball being the next day right that's Bri was that Brian and Bon is that what they gave me high school sorry for yall yeah yeah yeah so that mean Arkansas gonna drink all y' damn water y'all go to the high school game and it's gonna be a b situation I don't know what to take I don't know D look look look um I I look at this first game I really want to see Arkansas play a clean game I want to see uh not a lot of penalties I want them to um no matter who the Personnel is at every position and I have to see my backup quarterback I I I gotta see it Logan go ahead I got three things I want to touch on real quick first let's go with the record I want to see for I don't know Sam Pitman uh what he wants to do if he really wants to retire at the end of this year I think he should have retired year um love the guy he's a great human being not a good coach uh optimism for Arkansas seven and six after a ball game uh so I have us winning going six and six regular season and win us of winning our bowl game uh then I want to touch on flal situation real quick DP something my papa used to tell me don't put yourself in situation that you don't want to have to hold yourself accountable for later I can dig it so I I understand with you know it wasn't their fault but at the end of the day like you say they got end but they were there and maybe maybe it could have been handled different I don't know the situation but I do know if you're going to encounter something like that just do what they say and walk away you ain't gotta be right be on the field accountability is what we talking about got I want all the smoke from this group this year because last year y'all wanted to talk and a lot of y'all if we're going to be honest in this group you live in a fantasy world you just you love Arkansas so much they can when they do wrong they still don't do wrong okay a lot of these opinions that I give are honest and all you got to do is sit there and watch the football game last year we suck and I called it after the second game of the season told y'all what it's gonna be y'all can go look my name up in the search bar and all my post told Y what the year was going to be week two uh you're just you're not a you're not a real fan where's the optimism blah blah blah man half that team was checked out before the check got wrote so at the end of the day DA got end and I'm here for it thank you
