Trump indicted again in election interference case

Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a revised indictment that re-works the language --and instead relates to Trump's status as a political candidate rather than a sitting president. Matt, the refined indictment follows last month's ruling on presidential immunity by the Supreme Court. How does this new indictment potentially get around that ruling? 2. The court filing accuses Trump of trying to use his campaign to spread lies about the election and his speech near the White House on Jan. 6 as a campaign speech. They refer to his use of Twitter to allegedly spread lies. What's the legal line Smith is alleging Trump crossed? 3. The election is just a few months away--and some voters are feeling apathetic towards this process against Trump. It's been four years, and we are still in limbo of this investigation and indictment process. Why do you think it has taken so long? 4.
