yeah respect I mean I I do think I do think Phoenix is going to be pretty good though I really do thinken is going to be pretty good I mean honestly when it came to the Olympics I just feel like KD was the missing piece though I feel like KD was the missing piece like I feel like KD is the most skilled player the game has ever seen so when you have him oh yeah I'll press the like with my other it's uh it's G to be tough unless Orica and sabali could like go nuts you know um it's going to be tough for them to come back honestly steuart's not killing like that she she's been kind of chilling she's only had four field goal attempts and two rebounds yeah it's not it's not been a heavy Stewie game it's been a lot of uh Sabrina UNESCO um and bet naney Hamilton Sabrina UNESCO has 16 four rebounds four assists bet bet n has four rebounds uh 12 points and Court Anders has seven um seven and three assists so she's you know she's she's kind of a she kind of does a little bit everything let me let me see Liberty yeah I would say they probably do um threes wise they got six and um Dallas has two but the Liberty are shooting 42% 42.9% from three so they're up from three 54% 50 4.8 from the field so it's just it's been a lot in New York it's been a lot in New York I think orque um is going to have to go off and saali is going to have to go off in the second half and they're probably going to have to get some threes going because it's going to be it's going to be tough and like honestly the crazy thing is Dallas they've played this is fourth game they played Dallas like it's kind of hard to beat a team four times in the same season so credit to New York um I um I don't know if it's like one of those things where you could just give it to New York and be like hey New York's gonna run the table in the playoffs because Indiana's got Pace you know and when you're playing with that pace against vets you always got a shot and um I also think Minnesota's got a good team as well so it's going to be it's going to be interesting it's going to be interesting it's gonna be super interesting going into it um turnover is not that actually and I feel like I would expect Dallas to have more rebounds just because they got those two bigs and maau and um maau and um uh Kanani brown but New York is tough New York's real tough um let's look at the individual stats like bet NAA with 12 Brianna Stewart with six jqu Jones with five Courtney vanders with seven Sabrina UNESCO with 16 but she had all those 16 in the first quarter she just kind of went nutty in the first quarter but um for Dallas coming into the second half I like how uh Maddie CIS is aggressive um she's a scorer she's a big- time scorer in college I don't know if she was leading the nation and scoring but she was nah she wasn't leading the nation it was probably uh it was probably uh Caitlin Clark but um she was up there she was definitely up there she was like 24 points a night at Villanova so scoring is her thing she's a double figure scorer on the season so so I like her being aggressive I want her to keep shooting threes and it's important oh what's what's kayln Clark's turnover stat I feel like she turns the ball over a lot to be honest with you she kind of reminds me of like the way Jason kid used to be like um the way Jason kid like Jason kid would get triple doubles with turnovers you know what I mean I don't um what what if she set like the record for most turnovers but I also feel like part of the turnovers is because of the way they play like they play kind of fast and I feel like when you play fast like you GRE papovich type of basketball where it's like really you're really counting every play is like he had Tony Parker as his point guard and Tony Parker like a young Tony Parker was like super fast but like he turned that guy into like uh he turned him into like a a coach he had him thinking on the court he had everybody thinking on the court he had uh Ka Leonard you know on the court thinking let me look into some of yesterday's games since we're uh halftime um I didn't I didn't go live yesterday so was SE September 11th you know sometimes we have Army vets that come on here if you're Army vet on here shout out to you yeah definitely definitely respect 11 um anybody who was around at that time knows how crazy of a time that was and it was kind of interesting because you know this this this you know when I jump on here it's a little bit more than basketball you know it's about life it's about love it's about Jesus it's about spreading community and um it was interesting because now we get into like after the Olympics and we get into like the times right now and everybody divided but at that point for a little bit after 911 everybody was together you know if anybody remembers those like New York Mets games you know where people were really um were really uh enjoying you know that American Spirit um she holds on to the ball for for long okay that's interesting yeah I yeah maybe that's something that she's got to really um work on going into year two you know what I mean when she's when she's hitting those double teams just like making the quick hits you know what I mean because she's go to she's got to look on tape and I would have to look on tape probably too where a lot of these double teams are coming from if they're coming from like the corners or they trying to trap her at half court um just trying to like see where these like traps coming from from and get rid of it quickly um I think a player to look at when when that kind of thing happens is like Dame Lillard like especially when Dame was in Portland like the way defens would attack where the way defenses would come up at him like as soon as he was crossing half court you know what I mean and that's where he started becoming like logal game where he was just launching from really long distances so yeah that's a good point though that's a good point KY that's a really good point she got a uh she got a really uh look to tighten that up looking at yesterday's games Las Vegas got Indiana um Asia Wilson doing what Asia Wilson does I don't know if anybody in the chat um would would say anybody else's MVP besides Asia Wilson I think she's been the best player in the league and I say it all the time I think she's one of the best players all time if somebody says she's the best player of all time like I'm not I'm not going to argue that same with Brianna Stewart I you know I don't I just feel like it's hard to take away from what they've done in this in this in this lifetime in their careers it's just crazy 27 points 12 assists I mean 12 rebounds two assists three blocks two steals for Asia Wilson last night stuff in the stat sheet Chelsea Gray with a 11 four assists two steals Kelsey plum only took seven shots had nine points uh two assists and Jackie young feel like she hasn't been as aggressive only took eight shots hasn't been as aggressive since coming off the Olympic break she had six points and four assists but Alicia Clark had 14 and uh Tiffany Hayes had 12 five so many Yukon players in this league I don't even remember her going to Yukon but so many good Yukon players uh last night Caitlyn Clark tough shooting night right six of 22 16 points six assists three rebounds five turnovers but Kelsey Mitchell with 24 24 and and a steel I mean she's just she's been so consistent Aaliyah Boston another rough night for her six points 10 rebounds and Alysa Smith All right we back at it back at this action um let me check in the chat again yeah Plumbing young young you know I feel like they got to be aggressive I feel like they you got to be aggressive especially going into the playoffs like it can't just be Asia Wilson all the time you know what I mean um Jackie young is one of the best players in the league Kelsey Plum's a multi-time Allstar like they got to they got to do what they do they got to do what they do you know what I mean mean and maybe it's some things uh Becky Hammond's got to switch up a little bit but they got to stay aggressive kayen Clark you're right one for 10 from three you're 100% right on that yeah they they they really um I don't know if they found maybe a formula for her but uh they definitely did something last night cuz one for 10 from three that's a little rough maybe they were trapping her early kind of like what you're were saying with these double teams uh maau makes the first free throw let's see if they could you know cut this down to like 12 Sabrina unesc sabali with the with a little uh short Shot Liberty got a full uh timeout yeah I think um yeah it'll be interesting what people do to um what kind of defenses are going to be thrown at um Caitlyn Clark come playoffs I think Kelsey Mitchell as long as she's getting one-on ones I continue to go to work you know it's kind of I mentioned Dame Lillard before but I feel like it's probably going to be almost like when Dame and uh CJ McCullum were in Portland and CJ McCullen was getting those one-on ones and he was just just working his man you know what I mean mean like you're not really going to stay in front of Dame uh C McCullum oneone and if uh and once kin Clark learns to solve those defenses I don't think she'll I don't think she'll have another bad game like that again but um once she learns to solve those defenses it'll be it'll be pretty interesting um yeah I mean I think CJ's just is one of those guys that's super underrated in his career it's kind of kind of terrible it's kind of tough when uh guys like that never make an All-Star team I think if he was in the Eastern Conference he might have made you know at least one or two but just didn't work out let me let me shut this how that going the sound starts to get a little weird uh feel free to let me know New York with the with the timeout um they they were just missing a few shots they were getting those offensive rebounds but not really able to convert but nany Hamilton with another Miss maau with another rebound oh wait yeah man it's it's true like CJ never got like there's certain guys that I feel like just never got the amount of respect that they needed I mean definitely got paid but definitely didn't get the amount of respect that he needed I mean I think like if he played in the Eastern Conference would have been an Allstar I think if uh uh what's it Mike connley played in the Eastern Conference oh vid the video's glitching okay let me uh hold on play with something real fast is it back that was a long two that sucks that you never you never really want those long twos because like you step back you know step back a little bit step back a foot you know that's the difference between a two and a three um Talis is just not they're just not they're not converting they're not they need it they need a big run they need like a massive run where they're able to put string together multip multiple stops and then score you know um as a team like this like I feel like they just don't have enough room for error you know um but Chicago did lose Chicago did lose and I do um Angel Reese not being there does affect them yeah arque yeah R's you know she's gota she's got to be aggressive like she's got to play for keeps like this is like almost the end of the season so it's like it's one of those things where it's like there's really nothing there's really nothing else you know what I mean like just give it go all out and hoop like like one thing I respect is that I feel like she's rounding out her game and and you know being a little bit more than just a scorer I mean they made that change um with uh you know I don't know I don't know what was going on with the maybery thing I don't know why she wasn't really hitting but L who let's see who's going line here Jaylen Brown makes the first free throw she misses the second if Courtney vanders gets it you know she should probably just push it oh jqu Jones gets it all right jqu Jones not not going crazy this game to be honest with you it's been it's been kind of quiet for here so Bry unesc with 16 in the first quarter Courtney vanders has taken just as many shots as Brianna Stewart so I don't know if that's a like a I don't know if uh if that's some type of strategy JC Sheldon with the with a little uh short shot courney vanders with the foul for zygus with the rebound let's see they got 73 points I don't know if they're going to get to a 100 100 might be asking a lot um but they did have like 26 in the first quarter or something so so it's definitely possible Dallas within within you know they're they're down 18 I wouldn't say they're shooting the ball extremely well under 40% field and New York's really shooting it really well um there's a reason why New York is the top team in the league so you can't really can't really fault that right now but this is the fourth time you're playing them so there's certain there's certain Tendencies and things that you probably want to take away and um if it's part of the game plan to do that they have if you want to even say they've done a good job on jqu Jones and Brianna Stewart maybe we could say that because it's in a heavy dose of um Sabrina UNESCO I don't know if that was like the game plan to just slow down those two and and and let the perimeter players try and beat them bet Niger Lane Hamilton has 15 um Corney vanders has 11 and uh Sabrina unesc has 20 but the main issue is not I mean New York is really shooting the ball well but AR Goomba w has nine and sa has four right so I I think when your two top players are not playing they they both need to get 20 every night especially when you're playing against the best team in the league so I think that's that's part of what's the problem is right now I think that's part of what the problem is I think um they they you know maybe maybe it's some of the defense by New York but it's yeah yeah Howard has five fouls she has five fouls I don't know I don't know if she's just having an issue with her matchup or you know she has tired legs or something darn Natasha Howard I mean offensively she's fine she's got eight points four or nine but they need her on the floor they need her on the floor especially down by this many points you know um if they're going to come back and every game matters this late in the season right um you know Atlanta Chicago all trying to see if they could fight for that last playoff spot so everything matters right now every everything's key everything's important yeah yeah she probably needs to she probably needs to get uh probably needs to score a little bit more as well um she probably needs to score as well um just in general like they're not they're not scoring the way they they need to um they're little they're they're better than what they're producing right now to be honest with you but I think I think um you know I think she'll she'll like 13 14 you know I think she'll she'll get close I think uh I think she'll get 13 14 but and I think arque and saali I don't know about Sab but I think orque will get to double figures as well I think she'll get like 13 14 but they need more than that they need more than that from those players CIS with her seven is not bad I mean but she's another player who averages double digit she's at like what 14 a night uh well no actually she's been struggling as of late she's now down the under 10 under 10 a night now but it's been struggling yeah yeah I mean I think the playoffs gonna be I think the playoffs is gonna be crazy um I think the playoffs is going to be crazy I think um is that be is that timing is that timing correct yeah that that time at the top is a little off um I think the playoffs is going to be good interesting to see what Seattle could do though Seattle's got like a like a you know Seattle they're probably what like in fourth they got like a good team but um I don't know I want to see what they could do yeah sabali is not she's not hitting like like she's gota I feel like she she needs to be more aggressive I think feel like sa's got to be more aggressive like Sabrina unesc is taking 18 shots like I want to see I want ra and you know Natasha Howard you gotta be taking kind of amount of shots like you got you gotta put him up yeah that there you go mean they should have a shot at at at making some noise in the playoffs um those those three are are top top top level players Connecticut is like super balanced you know uh Carrington like their their team is balanced but like I I feel like the those three best you know three of the best in the league so Seattle um I think uh nefisa and Minnesota Minnesota's they've had like a research I feel like nefisa probably maybe second in the MVP V I feel like she's had a good year JC Sheldon with another with a miss Burke being solid doing what she does yeah the links yeah yeah I think the links the links could do some things the links could do some things I don't think it's like a one person R like a one person race one team Race where it's just um you think Howard's done for the game I think I think what is it uh let me see I think put stabby back with five minutes I think get her back in the game five minutes and just see what you could do the elders sa scores right then AUM B misses another shot but I like it I like the I like her forcing the issue see if they can try and pop another three that's maybe CIS Orba W orque maybe one of those two just trying to get a get a Shad to have to get stops and get quality shots I mean everything doesn't have to be a three but you want to get quality shots they scored here cut it down in chunks though e oh uh field goal attempts they got 64 they've taken 64 shots New York is taking 58 they're just they're not hitting they're not hitting and I mean CIS is is kind of keeping them in minute cers is kind of keeping the minute they um I like what they're doing with that lineup but where's sabali though I think I think they they bring her back in in this timeout it's five minutes yeah 5:35 I think you bring her back in I think um maybe if you well Jaylen Brown's playing well you can go Jaylen Brown leave this lineup and just um put Sab bring Sab in for uh J Sheldon let um if if you need an extra ball handler just let arque handle those duties yeah they got 64 uh field goal attempts but honestly they they they got it they got to throw them up at this point they got to throw them up at this point just get quality shots you know they don't really have like an inside scorer so it's going to be a lot of perimeter but just get quality shots honestly like everything doesn't have to be a three you know you know JC Sheldon uh Sheldon even on the court yeah JC Sheldon break down the defense and and kick it out to um the three-point Shooters kick it out to cist and um arque that's that's that's what I feel like they gota um they got to figure out and maybe in the off season maybe try and get a big like a big who could kind of score a little bit they they definitely have size but maybe get like another big who you could dump it into and could kind of and also who could pass pass out of like the post a little bit as well it's a lot to ask for but if you could find one that might be the thing yeah you can't yeah I mean at this point sabali is probably playing better than sister I mean at this you know this late in the season like I feel like everything's got to be crisp I feel like this late in the season everything's got to be crisp feel like everything's got to be crisp and smooth bet niga with the defensive uh rebound here Jaylen brown with the foul you feel like like the WNBA doesn't get the respect that it deserves for oh okay it's six person of fouls okay yeah okay all right so they were leaving Natasha Howard out because she had five fouls I got you got you that makes sense that makes this game um she's got nara's got seven and three sisters got four four and three satu got four and three like she getting outplayed yeah arque arque makes both those free throws still down 19 though still down 19 but you got to be aggressive you going if you gonna go down go down swinging go down swinging you are playing the best team in the league so New York's not New York's not no slouch though for real arque with the foul Marque Davis makes the first free throw oh they're taking uh arque out so I guess they're calling they're calling it sa with the defensive rebound here she's playing well probably her fourth rebound I think she's at four right now four and seven seven points so playing well Leon swaps the three sa with another rebound man she's show her sister who's boss and they're down 25 or up 25 depending on how you want to depending on how you want to classify it Dallas has is um they got uh Seattle Seattle on uh Seattle tomorrow at Seattle tomorrow so I don't know I mean that's going to be tough coming off a backto back and the second game in the backto back's on the that's a lot to ask I'm not going to say they have no but definitely I feel like every game is a must win because they got two more left so um yeah I would say actually mathematically they're they're they're out of the playoff race at this point um I could double check that but I would say mathematically it's not a possibility yeah mathematically they are out it's uh Atlanta and Washington Atlanta and Washington have a shot but Los Angeles and uh Dallas actually are out I think Chicago but Chicago they're feeling though I think um I think it's G to be it's tougher without Angela a little under three to go uh ciger with a foul um you know they they they didn't quit they didn't quit in this game didn't really shoot the ball well unfortunately and when you when you shoot the ball this poorly against the best team in the league uh you're not gonna win you're just not gonna win and and New York um shot the ball too well they got they got 89 points they will not get to a 100 in this game um but you know what um New York did what they had to do I feel like they didn't go crazy Sabrina unesc went off in the first quarter did what she had to do nany Hamilton had a good uh first half and um yeah 9 and 27 yeah that's they they started off so badly um I don't know why they were so bad yeah Stuart Stewart's not really yeah she she was kind of chilling this game she was kind of chilling this game I mean maybe she knew it was going to be one of those games where she didn't have to go crazy but like her and jqu Jones nah not doing too much like but like when I think Brianna Stewart has 11 points when she has 11 points and you still win by 27 that let you know how good of a team they have yeah she has 11 jqu Jones has eight yeah I feel like um up I feel like that's what everybody well a lot of people are attention are going to be looking at I um yeah I would like to see that I mean I feel like that would be a great I feel like that would be a great WNBA finals you know what I mean I I think it would be a I would have like to I think those teams are like almost evenly matched you know what I mean I think they're almost evenly matched um I think I think Sabrina's guard play is going to tell a lot like if she's taking care of the ball and she's hitting shots and she's shooting the ball well I think it's going to be tough for New York to lose um if Jackie Young's play the way she knows how to play I think that that could be a Difference Maker for um for Los Vegas because I feel like Brianna Stewart and Asia Wilson we know what they do you know what I mean um we can look at the matchups so it'll be New York and uh New York verse um like if it was today it was New York Chicago and Thena Phoenix that's actually a pretty good matchup Connecticut Connecticut Seattle which is wait no Connecticut and Indiana that's another good matchup and then Las Vegas Seattle I feel like all those matchups are good I think New York might dismantle Chicago though I I don't I don't see how Chicago can hang with New York though but all those other matchups honestly I don't really think any with them would be upsets if any whoever the higher seed loses I don't think those are upsets to be honest with you Liberty with the timeout there's uh under two minutes to go They're Up 26 uh this one's pretty academic um I think you uh take your your your starters out as they have Dallas yeah you take your starters out and you let the other players just earn some more time and just uh build for next season if you're if you're Dallas build for next season and um build for next season and see what happens I mean probably do want to get another scoring presence inside I think figure out how you want to use cist and orque and uh sabali just keep doing what you're doing I think those are two of the best players in the game so and Natasha Howard as well just keep doing what you're doing they're not a bad team I just just don't know they they they they they gotta figure out maybe a little bit of playmaking is some of the issue too doic with another three 27o game they're at 94 four they're at 94 they might get to 100 Lopez senol yeah what son to call another Yukon player some many of them just like yeah they're almost at 100 99 oh might just uh yeah feel like that's the respectful thing to do don't don't run up the score on a team that's down 30 points yeah this one is uh fenito shout out to New York for just uh being consistent this whole season showing that they're the best team in the league at least the best Reg season team in the league um they got a they got a strong lineup you have five players who have played in the All-Star game um former MVPs two Olympians it shows it definitely shows um shout out to everybody who's on this live uh shout out to kwami kwami appreciate you always making it uh live on the live um
