hello and welcome to an evening that needs a bit of cheering up and what better way than with the game we're about to see I'm guy M and I'm joined by Sue Smith for commentary and with the atmosphere building up nicely what a match this promises to be Sue what can we expect from the game then yeah thanks as always guy it's a pleasure to be here anticipating a good game today and an atmosphere to match certainly been buzzing in here ahead of kickoff hopefully we're not disappointed so away we go [Applause] then good challenge and a throw in to [Applause] come Scott Momin not so much given away as cleverly won combination levandowski oh a great chance and we haven't had to wait long for the opening goal it's one n well here's the replay and it's a nice through ball to split the defense and Christie pushing forward now to make the right choice but that's where any chance of anything developing disappears premis frankovsky using his strength well levandowski and the work pays off as they get the ball back Momin Aaron hickey [Applause] Yan [Applause] bedner and able to come away with the ball Nicolas [Applause] aleski a move of real promise now looking for the angle [Applause] keeps himself in the way well held well it did look promising but threat averted Andy Robertson onto TIY Ryan Christie and the referee's whistle brings the first 45 minutes to a close one of the players who always asks questions of Defenders is Robert levandowski he's certainly been difficult to contain yeah he's played well and the goal will be the standout moment but I've been so impressed with his work great too I'm sure he want to keep that intensity up in the second half [Music] so away we go then for the second half Ryan Christie mcin TI John mcin McGregor promising looking attack this oh they were getting interested there but not anymore that's good physical Play Strong play to keep [Applause] possession they're not getting close enough here [Applause] oh great work what's next great McGregor nice possession can they get a chance to equalize but maybe one past too many and they've lost [Applause] it Scott Momin TIY now now a that a late equalizer could be on the cards is this The Equalizer puts it back and that's nicely won to see off the [Music] threat zesi well maybe a bit of game management here time starting to e away and the pass is incomplete nicely won a chance to get leveler and this could be it oh a great chance a really promising attack has come to [Applause] n and the attack is over really good defending so the referee blows the final whistle a disappointing result at least as far as the fans are concerned Sue what have you made of their overall performance yeah certainly not their best performance was it just a little off the pace for me obviously a disappointing result but the key thing is that they bounce back now is they can't afford the repeat next time out well of all the players out there today Robert levandowski certainly caught the eye your thoughts soon yeah his performance was good crucial goal which gave them the lead and the belief to then go on and get the results he showed quality throughout
