A live look right now at the causeway bridge in Louisiana over Lake Pont Trainin Hurricane Francine has been downgraded to a tropical storm after making landfall as a category two hurricane on Wednesday. The bridge is closed currently due to Francine. Forecasters say the storm had wind speeds up to 70 miles an hour after the hurricane's eye traveled in. And the video you're seeing now is from Houma, Louisiana as rain poured down the bayou. It's about an hour southwest of New Orleans. At last check, more than 25,000 people in the area had no power. Emergency services have warned people to remain sheltered while damage is assessed. The National Hurricane Center says it expects Francine to be downgraded to a tropical depression later today.
