Christy here I just saw the substance holy crap that was a journey um I'm kind of stunned actually like I I know I loved it I know it's incredible and just so bold and daring and strange and riveting um there's so much that I want to say I I have to process this it is um it's incredibly beautiful and Incredibly precise in its style for a long time and and then just gets increasingly Gonzo as it goes along and there's such care in the production design the costume design the visual effects makeup like you've just got to see it there's so much I want to tell you but I don't want to give it away because like you need to experience this for yourself it is very long it's like 2 hours and 20 minutes long but I was riveted the whole time because it kept going to strange and surprising and Visually spectacular places to me Moore is amazing in this the performance of a lifetime Margaret quali amazing in this in a totally different kind of role very strange seeing this the day after seeing my old ass there's definitely a think piece to be had in there somewhere um I just really loved it it is destined to be a a queer Camp classic I think um anyway I don't want to tell you a whole lot we're going to have a review of it for you next week uh probably on Tuesday I think of next week once Alonzo has seen it too but um it is not for the faint of heart it is very intense is very gnarly if you are squeamish about blood or like body parts and fluids oh part of it too is the sound design the sound design is so vivid it's very squishy but again I'm telling you all this to let you know that I loved it and I recommend it very very highly if this is your kind of thing if you're into totally daring like body horror this goes to places but also has a lot to say about our obsession with youth and Perfection so full review coming on Tuesday substance movie I know a lot of you guys are very very psyched about I think you're going to dig it subscribe if you have not thanks bye
