Knox's First Ever AFL Card Hit! AFL Footy Stars 2024

Intro all right so before we get into this next video and I introduce you to my little man KNX who's just about to turn five or will be five very very shortly I just want to explain exactly what I'm doing with him and how this all started as I explained yesterday we've just started kind of collecting with him we've got this is Ghost by the way here you go um we've just started collecting him he got his first cards I think it might have even been a McDonald's pack or Oz kick or something like that but they were the select cards now we've actually got them in the back of this one here um so someone can obviously name that NAB Oz KCK cards so they aren't on the app or anything got that but this is how it all started this is all he had he had a couple more cards that got missing it's all he originally had and each time we'd play or watch the football he would come out with his card and say Daddy this is this is the team now held off for ages picking up any more cards because one I know that I've got an addicted person personality and two I hate wasting money on things that I know I'm going to waste money on but what happened is I end up buying him a packet and it's just gone absolutely stupidly crazy and now I have boxes and boxes on the way and lots of eBay purchases and Co Coleman boxes and all that kind of stuff on the way but what I did for him not really realizing that I was going to be buying so many boxes and packets is I actually reached out to someone and for $10 I end up getting a full set of the basic cards now as I said I didn't realize that I was probably going to collect so many so I'm I'm going to get a basic set probably 20 times with what I've bought but I thought you know what each each day this is the other this is ones we haven't unboxed yet by the way and I'll explain what I'm doing um but each day as long as my little man has been good at daycare and being good around the house he gets to open one packet of cards so we're going to do a bit of a series of probably just reals of him opening packs daily um but what I'm doing is I'm basically each day just getting an old packet that I've opened up getting five or six random cards and chucking him in there that way then he can start collecting and hopefully he doesn't have too many double ups with what we've done so let me just ghost wants to get in onine today hello my dear what's going on go and get down so here's nox here's his reaction to the Adelaide crows rising star one because I slipped this one in last night um definitely not the exciting kind of reaction that I got and what most of us would get especially when we second packet we opened up um but uh he gets more excited about the cing wood or jalong cuz his grandpa goes for the jalong so hope you enjoy nox's little Pack Open opening what you me get your folder as well what kind of folder well your folder folder with all of the cards already in them yeah to open them up here start prop please ready okay open them up you ready okay what do you think we're going to get out of this pocket I don't know you don't know okay you ready all right no no I'm not ready you're not ready yet no okay you tell me when you're ready are you looking for your empty pages yeah okay here we go all right ready okay right Noy you ready okay so what's this one Bulldogs yeah then who else are CL yeah okay that's Port Adelaide P ad you know what I feel something very Knox Big Hit special coming up don't touch that one I want it's a very that's a very special one that's a very special one Noy look at that that's a rising star card with only 266 six of them made or number 266 that's a super special card do you know what that's that's worth some money oh you could I the phone for you Jamie Elliott who's that from what team calling World calling word and then what else there's haon and then there's who's this one the cats the cats who's who goes for them Grandpa yeah you going to be happy yeah okay so we end up getting a good card didn't we yeah yeah this one goes in the special pile doesn't it but you know that one you said George who's George he was day today but he us like George oh okay does he play football no no okay all right okay well good work hey Noy high five we did well good pack did you want to get a cwood one yeah there's a cwood one there we got jimy Elliott yeah and you wanted to GW wanted that pack yeah don't we always want Callingwood ones yeah yeah that's the way but we always did not no I know we don't always get what we want do we no no all right look at the number what number is it three five good boy all right well I reckon next next pack hopefully we get another Collingwood hey yeah
