at 12:45 with MCN state who's 1-1 Tri to Texas A&M who's 0 And1 Texas fav by 46 and2 points on the SEC network Conor Wagman last week went 12 to 30 through for 100 yards zero touchdowns two interceptions leevon M had 20 carries for 70 yards and a touchdown and Jay Walker six catches for 31 yards andm had a rough game it was rough against Notre Dame um it was close um but offensively was bad it was a bad game you they didn't get much going offensively I mean did anyone expect them to I mean it was two good defensive teams heading in right both brand new offenses basically right and one of them had Riley Leonard Riley Leonard was a very good quarterback when he was at Duke um and uh everyone expected him to eventually be really good with Notre Dame took a couple quarters but there're just the things offensively who who thought A&M was going to win this football game cuz I I've never never met a single person that thought that right it just seemed obvious that brand new head coach brand new offense was going to take a little bit of time um especially when you don't have a highly touted quarterback like Riley Leonard everyone should have expected this to take a little bit of time but no everyone wants a results immediately and that's what's wrong with the college football landscape you don't get results immediately you got to let people develop a program for a couple years it's just so stupid stupid just so upset with how the college football landscape is right now it's not anything to do with NI it's just like people want things immediately it's like an instant gratification problem in college football and it's just not the case you got to let guys build the program Mike Elco is not going to get the A&M to the playoffs first year sorry if that's a crazy thing A&M fans don't want to deal with right away but you're not going to be in the playoffs first year sorry that that happens for almost every every team you everyone has this instant gratification problem be patient a little just a little bit I'm ask I'm not asking for a lot of just like a little tiny bit of patience but no it can handle the idea of not just immediate in the playoffs or like how are we not competing for an SEC Championship right away yeah it's because you're Texas A&M and you just hired a new head coach be patient with that head coach okay Missouri took three years right Eli dris was their head coach for three years before they were doing anything Tennessee hpo was there for a couple years before Tennessee was really good you got to be patient guys you got to calm down and you have to be more patient um A&M should be an easy win for them MCN is not a good football team it should be an easy de for them I'm looking forward to next week when we play them two teams that are looking for their first SEC win uh I think it's going to be a good game but I think this one is not give me A&M to winning cover at home w [Music]
