US Open 2024 for the US players it's always a special tournament uh how is it for you to be here back in the New York City yeah I mean as an American this is as good as it gets you know uh the crowd sport here is amazing the energy is uh super packed and uh you know hopefully having a good Us open as good as it's get is that was also for you in Washington a very well performance did you had some time to really reflect you said on Instagram it was your biggest achievement so far uh so yeah how do you see this yeah it was definitely the the most special moment of my career so far um you know winning a tournament that my dad won was was one of my biggest goals and as a professional tennis player you know hopefully I can uh keep playing some good tennis keep enjoying it and and uh you know hopefully win some more titles in the next coming years there are a lot of good Americans on two at the moment what would you say is the key what is what makes the Americans so good um yeah I mean I think we're all we're all pretty close to each other we uh we're all pushing each other we all want you know the best for each other and um you know we're all trending in the right direction we're all doing the right things working hard you hopefully we can keep progressing up the rankings and keep bringing in big results like uh like last year we asked all the International Players as well for um what their thought what should the Germans adapt from the American for example TFO had a very funny answer uh what was your answer to that what is my answer to that uh I don't know more more tournaments I guess U you know I've played in Germany a ton love playing there and you know hopefully they can get some more tournaments you know get some good uh good Juniors going up again and you know hopefully they have some good results in the coming years last question regarding your match against M how do you see him how do you have to face him on the court yeah we played once in in Australia before and we played five five uh five sets around five hours and um obviously a very tricky match but I'm sure it's going to be very entertaining and you know hopefully hope put a put a good match together thank you very much best of luck thank you
