New details tonight about an Austin area mother reported missing. Last week, Brenna Swindell, the daughter of former Longhorn and Houston Astros pitcher Greg Swindell was found safe early this morning. Hundreds of miles from home kvs Kelsey John Chez has been in contact with Oregon authorities to learn more about how they tracked her down. Kelsey Jenny Bryant police in the southern Oregon City of Klamath Falls found Brenna Swell and her ex Morgan Guidry around one o'clock this morning, local time, a license plate reader flagged the van. They were in a stolen and officers pulled them over officials there say Swell was in her and called her parents so she can start making her way back home. Gry was arrested on a warrant out of Travis County. So father Greg posted on social media thanking everyone for the support and efforts made to bring his daughter back home alive and safe. Yesterday. A police said Swell and Gry were lasting at a spice would bar Thursday and had shut their phones off the following day. Their disappearance came just days after Gry was formally charged with an assault on Swell back in July. The Travis County sheriff's office says they worked on the case but only a week to when they decide she was ready to press charges against Gry. According to arrest documents, when they told deputies did, strangled her and slammed her head to the ground. Guidry was taken to the Klamath County jail. A spokesperson with the Travis County Sheriff's Office says they were working on extraditing guidry. No new charges have been filed against him in Travis County in studio. I'm Kelsey Sanchez K News.
