Max V stappen and Red Bull had a weekend to forget in Monza and even though things could have gone much worse had Norris won the race it's now more than obvious that both of the Championships are alive headed into the last eight races of the Season nevertheless ven's frustration was visible all throughout the race and after the slow pit stop that further hindered his race the race messages weren't anything better either with the car now being poor on both low and high downforce tracks is this the clearest sign as of now when it comes to ven's future with Red Bull one of the greatest disappointments in Formula 1 has just happened in Monza and with a finish outside of the top five as well as having both of his Rivals finish way ahead of him Fen would have a lot to say to Red Bull's engineers in the next couple of weeks the car has turned out to be one hell of a machine to handle and while the hes were high due to Red Bull's advantage on low down for circuits like they manifested in Spa the only position that vapen was able to gain on the track was thanks to Russell's turn one moment and him having to replace the front Wing during the first pit stop when vapen and Perez started the race on the hard compound tires being the only ones to do so from the top 10 it was obvious that they would go long and bet on a safety car or some type of scenario in which they would benefit from entering the pit stop later in the race that never happened and not only did it not happen but the coordination in Red Bull was very off this weekend costing vapen 6.4 seconds in his first Pit Stop we could see him smashing the steering wheel twice while exiting the pit stop and while it had nothing to do with his finishing position it still hurt and showed the clear frustration that fapen has with his team right now after the race even the team radio was far less optimistic than what you would expect from Max and when GP told him that he finished P6 porner continued that was a good drive Max I'm sorry we couldn't give you a better car this weekend but a very good drive from you to this the response of Max was quite harsh we are out of place I guess everything went against us I mean not the power we wanted not the pace not the pit stops but yeah we have to work hard to change the car around furthermore stappen has criticized the entire team for not being nearly as aware of the race he would have wanted them to and it's not often that you hear theen asking the team to be more active as a three-time world champion stated can the people in the background please be awake I know this is a tough position but it's important of course bapen hoped that the damage could be just six points to Norris or even less as he was holding the extra point for the fastest lap until the very last lap of the race but Norris seem to have replied extraordinarily well here further cutting down the lead for eight points to the three-time world champion right now the Paradox is that red bull can and should be grateful to Ferrari for executing such a great masterclass with their strategy as it did give them enough tires left to win the race and take away additional points from Norris on the other hand the constructor's championship is something that red will very likely drop to below P2 as the P1 and P4 finish of Ferrari means that they're now in Striking Distance of the second place right behind McLaren or even better maybe even challenge the woking base Squad themselves the deficit that Red Bull has over McLaren is standing on thin eight points while Ferrari have managed to sneak themselves to just 39 points behind Red Bull and 31 points behind McLaren what seems to be very interesting second half of the Season might not even involve red B in the first place because the fact that they've been so slow and non-competitive on a circuit That was supposed to suit their car a lot more than they could have anticipated goes to show that the next two races in Baku and occasionally the second and potentially the fourth fastest competitor on the grid which is something that fapen wouldn't like to have in the team he's representing for the future this also raises the alarm of vapen leaving the team sooner rather than later and especially if you consider the fact that 2025 should be more or less an indigo replicated version in terms of competitiveness to what we're seeing right now it's not helping that the car is just nowhere near where it's supposed to be and to see Perez so close to fora and just goes to show that the team has regressed massively with their upgrades even though Horner was talking confidently that there's no room to panic as the team will do anything in their power to regain the dominant pattern they represented at the beginning of the year after the qualifying session in Monza the tone of the Brit has changed massively as a 50-year-old said the situation we're currently in is very tricky and I think we simply don't understand it we weekend in Monza has started for for stappen to finish P6 after being P2 in his home race it just shows that there's a lack of pace in the car and when talking about the Urgent fixes that the team vapen has called upon in the past couple of months as it does seem like his requests have fallen on deaf ears as his father has accused the entire team especially Christian Herer for the outcome of the rb2s mid-season development and again while Red Bull tends to deny it constantly helmet Marco might have slipped a bit of information that the team wouldn't like to be heard in the media and that is the lack of absence of The Mastermind called Adrien newie in the padic it does look like it's not a coincidence that the downfall of Red Bull has started precisely when newie decided to depart the team and while this is a sport in which one man doesn't make that big of a difference like we're witnessing in Red Bull the lack of knowledge from the engineers led by wasay clearly states otherwise when talking about the entire Adrian newie situation who was expected to announce his next team in the next couple of weeks helmet Marco said newie is no longer fully involved in developing the car
