TV Show Courtrooms: Real or FAKE?! 💥💼

it exploded your honor it exploded in my pocket and my friend literally burst into flames today on personal injury court all right so we're watching personal injury court right now and I've been on one of these shows I believe it was called um judge Mari so a friend of mine was sued back in the day in small claims court for a dispute he had with a friend of his now what these shows do they'll look at the court dockets and they'll find small cases that they think are interesting they'll call these people and they'll say hey we'll buy out your case we'll basically pay both sides you guys settle the case and then come on to this show and pretend like you're litigating this case in front of our judge so this is all completely staged they'll kind of tell you beforehand okay you this is what you're going to say this is what you're going to say they'll let you argue it out but ultimately what this judge determines has no bearing on the actual case these people are bought and paid for way before they come in here and it's settled before this is all filmed so these shows make them a ton of money and they're great
