Flappy Bird is making a comeback for those of you unfamiliar Flappy Bird was a mobile game that became a viral hit but it was eventually taken down from App Stores because the game was becoming too addictive and the Creator was getting too much unwanted attention now 10 years after the game was removed from App Stores a group of fans that go by the name the Flappy Bird Foundation managed to secure the legal rights to re-release the game this re-release comes with a slew of new characters and modes but will likely include microtransactions as well which is a shame since the original game only had ads Flappy Bird was a massive hit in the 2010s and I loved playing it so I'm really looking forward to going on a trip down memory lane when the re-release launches in 2025
