um have you ever found yourself glued to a reality TV show rooting for your favorite contestant and becoming deeply invested in their Journey um if so you're not alone um uh reality TV shows had been captivating audiences for years and Netflix's Survival show Outlast is no exception um but what happens when a show doesn't live up to your expectations um now that's exactly what happened with Outlast season 1 uh in in 2023 Netflix had an impressive lineup of popular series and uh reality TV shows were were leading the pack uh however Outlast season 1 faced massive backlash due to its constant bickering backstabbing and disregard for basic human decency uh it seemed that the show was more focused on creating drama than showcasing survival skills um but here's the surprising part Outlast season 2 has taken a drastically different approach uh the show has completely changed Direction leaving audiences astonished uh so what's delv into the controversy surrounding this Netflix series and see what makes season 2 so different um and as a uh seasoned survivalist and Avid fan of outdoor reality shows I was disappointed without Outlast season one um the show was more focused on drama than survival skills and the constant bickering backstabbing were far from what I expected from a survival competition um however it seems that the producers of Outlast season 2 have taken my feedback to uh heart um in outlast season 2 16 competitors are dropped in the unforgiving wilderness of Alaska where they must test their metal and buy for a life-changing prize of $1 million uh the goal is to survive with minimal equipment and Outlast the competition um uh but this season is different the focus is on uh teamwork survival skills and human connections uh uh unlike season 1 which was more like a reimagining of Hunger Games uh season 2 uh concentrate significantly on the competitors and their personal battles uh the show lets nature assume the role of the villain uh making survival skills the main focus uh the contestants must work together to build shelters find food and navigate the harsh Wilderness um one of the most significant changes in season 2 is the way the show handles conflict is it is uh in season 1 uh the the uh contestants were encouraged to fight each other for screen time um but in season two the focus is on building relationships and working together um uh uh the contestants are no longer cast as villains and the show highlights the importance of teamwork and communication um another change in season 2 is uh the way the show handles survival skills um the contestants are taught how to build shelters find food and navigate the uh the Wilderness uh and then inside the show also highlights the importance of uh mental toughness and resilience um uh the contestants must face their fears and overcome challenges to survive uh in the end Outlast season 2 is an exhilarating Journey Through the Peaks and valleys of human connections um it's a learning experience that that sheds light on the dark deaths humans can plunge to uh when their survival instincts kick in uh the show highlights the importance of teamwork communication uh and survival skills that has um so if you're looking for a reality TV show that focuses on survival skills uh human connections and personal growth give Outlast season two uh try down uh and you might be surprised at how different it is from season 1 uh and now for a little joke to uh lighten the mood why don't bears like fast food uh because they can't catch it um with that said thanks for watching and until next time I might be similar
