I do strongly believe that empowering teams as well as keeping them accountable is how you're most successful and I think this was so important for me so getting close to the people and being able to build that one-on-one relationship was so so important because that's also how you create an alliance but you also create people that you can leverage and can then drive the message into the business and then really have that high impact and for me having sort of the right people in the right place and making sure that they were empowered with the right tools so they could take those decisions and have the right impact was so so important
