yo I'm bees and welcome to a patch breakdown I'm going to cover all the champion changes if you would like to read the full notes including all item changes the link is in the description where you will also find a link to my Discord which I'm currently hosting a deadlock Clips contest with cash prizes with Abrams his heal over time now goes over 18 seconds instead of 16 seconds this is technically a Nerf cuz you will receive less healing per second on a longer uh duration like that and then when he's on a Wire is going to do pull-ups which is of course a buff uh he no longer stuns people on stairs using his F and uh also his ultimate he had an issue where it wasn't Landing exactly where he told it to but apparently that now has been fixed bot's range has been increased from 30 m to 32 M and now his hook no longer actually affects allies unless you intentionally use the alt cast which I don't have key binded so I don't know how to do that and you can also now cancel his Ula with a Parry Dynamo rejuvenating Aura can now be cancelled with a Parry the kinetic pulse is actually going to fire around corners now which you never used to do he should be able to hit around corners effectively uh the damage on his inand attack has been reduced from 15 to 13 and then his alt the cast time has been increased while the radius and range of it has been decreased so overall kind of nerfed this character just a little bit for great Talon the size of your charge shots has been reduced you're not going to be able to hit these as as easily as you used to be around corners and such and the damage of that has also been reduced from 105 to 100 on your tier two on the charge shots down here uh the damage has also been reduced from 70 to 65 Talon now also scales attack speed with spirit Power damage so once you start buying your spear items and getting them online you are actually going to do more damage as you're going to be firing a lot faster great Allen can now use multiple air dashes while using rain of fire immobilizing trap brot duration has been reduced from 2 seconds to 1.25 seconds however the trap now applies a 50% movement slow for 1 second after the route on the tier two of that as well it's now changed from a 1se second route to a 2C slow ha's base bullet damage has increased from 5.3 to 5.6 the Sleep dagger now applies instantaneous damage and the Sleep dagger drowsy period before the Sleep kicks in has been increased from 0.25 to. 35 the Sleep dagger cooldown has also been reduced from 27 seconds to 25 seconds smoke bomb radius has been reduced from 20 M to 18 M this is the radius around that you can see here which I believe is when people can see you so this character now would be able to uh visibly see me a little bit on tier 2 fixation the max Stacks have increased from 30 to 40 and on bullet dance we have increased plus two weapon damage in the base kit which is similar to the Tier 1 which increases weapon damage by seven the vertical damage on flame Dash DPS is going to be reduced so uh you can be a little bit higher above it now and not take damage the flame dash speed is also now affected by slows so if you get slowed while in this mode it will actually now affect you further to this if you get increased range on this ability from the item store this will also increase the uh the burn path radius as well on flame Dash Tier 1 duration we are going to have slows now for 6 seconds instead of 7 seconds on Catalyst damage the amplification has been reduced from 30% to 25 % and the Catalyst tier 3 damage amplification has been increased from 10% to 15% and then on the tier 2 amplification has been reduced from 20% life steal down to 15% life steal Ivy's bullet damage per Boon has been reduced and it's going to go from 0.55 to 0.5 and the health per Boon has also been reduced from plus 41 to + 35 watch is Covenant tier 2 rejection on movement speed from three down to two air drop is no longer going to silence allies but it is going to reduce their damage by 50% air drop movement has been adjusted to be a little less frantic and the drop bomb no longer disappears if you cancel the alt before the bomb hits the floor air drop selfcast time has been increased from 1 second to 2 seconds air drop Max movement speed reduced from 20 to 18 seconds during air drop flight now you can pitch up and down using leave Dash and Crouch buttons for Kelvin his bullet radius has increased from 5 to six making his shots a little bit easier to hit and his b base Health per level has increased from 45 to 50 on Arctic beam the slow is now increased from 60 all the way up to 80 and it can actually now cancel and collect sols at the same time as well on the tier three for this he is going to have a reduction from 13 M to 15 M on the ice path we have fixed the Jitters on this as well so is going to be a little bit smoother than it used to be and then for tier 2 on the frost grenade the healing has been uh increased from 135 up to 145 for lash you have an improving firing position of his arm so it's out of the way of the reticle and then on grapple you are no longer going to receive a stamina charge for Paradox they've fixed an issue where Paradox was still able to swap with someone during their Al even though they had actually died during the casting of the O for pocket The Barrage amp has been reduced from 8% to 7% per stack for seven static charge radius has increased from 5 m to 6 M and then on the tier two for that it has increased from 7 m to 8 m on storm cloud the spirit Power scaling has been reduced from 1.1 to 0.8 the storm cloud time now reaches its maximum radius from 6 seconds down to 3 seconds and the storm cloud now provides 20% bullet resistance in the base ability added wall jumping which does not consume stamina it does however require an input direction away from the wall and can be done once per aerial chain es thank you very much for watching today's video if it
